What if you took your two Identical silencers, shorten them (half) so the two equal the length of one stock silencer, better yet experiment with stock silencers, sure you could score a few on ebay. Then you would need a proper collector "Y", do not just cut a hole and weld your 2nd silencer tubing to the side of the original like the picture posted..
Columbian River sells everything you would need for the tubing part. They also sell the merge collector needed to do the job RIGHT:
This is a exhaust i built on one of my bikes, imagine the single tubing is the "pipe" side of your bike, then from the collector to your silencers:
If you do it right and learn all the proper skills along the way you might just find a new interest in designing and fabrication. You will need the help of a experienced fabricator.
I would recommend using muffler tape in a dark carbon fiber weave to hold them together. Available at your local O Riley's / auto parts
But don't forget to repack your muffler bearings w/ racing greese
A 2 stroke is very dependent on the shape of the pipe. There is a good reason why a tuned pipe has this very recognizable shape: It needs to expand to allow the spent gas to get out of the cylinder in a hurry (and help pull the fresh gas in), then it needs to slow it down to prevent the new gas from getting out too before the port closes.
So all the dimensions are very critical: The shape of the cone, the length of the pipe... You don't have a valve to close the door like on a 4-stroke.
On top of that, you only have one export port (as opposed to some 4 strokes engines that have 2 exhaust valves per cylinder) So if you split the pipe as it comes out of the cylinder you are going to get a lot of flow disturbance.
Seems to me the only way to make it work is to split the end of the pipe after it has narrowed down. So pretty much the part where the muffler connects...
