I'm pretty sure RC and Reed didn't race the year Voss won, if they did that's impressive.
Yep RC missed all of 2004 supercross and I think Reed sat out the two Canadian rounds that you needed to do to qualify for the World Title.

Sure, the same could be said about you however. The only time I seem to see your username pop up is in Bubba threads. Look at your posting history my ninja it's alllllllllll a bunch of "JS7" this and that rhetoric.

I get so sick of people saying "baddest ever" or "FMOTP" when RC put it to him. Did JS ever beat RC for a championship? JS was and is awesome and for sure is ONE of the best to race MX and SX, but to say best ever seems a stretch.
It is a stretch. Is he a great rider with awesome style? Yes, without a doubt, It's dishonest to claim him as best ever. You can argue that for supercross as he beat RC most every time they started even and didn't wreck but still lost the championships. It outdoors just the opposite was true. RC beat him relentlessly outdoors and for the championships. Hell Stewart damn near killed himself trying to run with RC outdoors and I complement him for trying so hard and not rolling over like everyone else.

But he is not the best ever to ride a dirt bike, at least IMHO.

Sweet post and comment with the oakley bomb grizz. I have told my sons for about the last four years @ SX/MX races to watch JS7 every lap he is on the track because you may never see this again its a matter of time and you need to be able to tell your kids and grandkids about watching the FMOTP someday.

The fans and the industry will suffer a loss if James decides he's had enough.

If and when that happens, there'll be no one to blame but themselves..

Oh really? The fans and industry made him crash out of every championship since 09?

Sports is a funny thing. Either you quit after you win a championship, go out on top but piss off your fans that maybe you can do another or you hang on too long after being on top and everyone remembers your time on the decline. You can't make anyone happy but yourself. If Reed or Stewart or RV or all three are tired of the injuries and year long gruelling schedule then tip your hats to them and wish them well.

I apologize for not stating clearly..

The PED testing/notification process was handled poorly.

If this is the cause of James losing his desire to race, we all lose and the people responsible for that process will have no one to blame but themselves.

exactly. and we should hold a lot of the sports fanbase accountable for this as well. let's put ourselves in his shoes. it would be, as it should be, a real indictment of a large portion of the sports fans, at least many of the ones you see here and in other social media forums.

The amount of hate that you have for someone who's dedicated his life to a sport that you watch for entertainment is mind blowing. You are a massive pile of shit. I hope to ride with you at Thunder Valley some day...

Speculation I think.

He'll get back to going good again....dude is just in a little slump right now.

The big hurdle will be SX 2015 and if all the paperwork and so forth can get ironed out.

WOW!!! James gets dizzy and light headed. Pulls out of a moto and all of a sudden, he's done. Retired. Hung up the boots. And all motorcycle enthusiasts from this point forward will suffer because he's gone. The AMA and MX Sports will fold. The FIM needs fired because they made him stop his inhaler and now he's light headed and can't race. He's the greatest ever, you know with all the championships and wins and stuff, and the sport can't live without him.

What do you people smoke all day that makes you come up with this stuff? You all from Colorado and Washington?
