Yamaha has been out sourcing that header. I was told they will start making it inhouse ASAP as well as some other GYTR parts. We have gone through 2 of those headers this year . The way the ''can'' sits on the header makes it very vibration prone. So the weld breaks free from the header. The brace in the front does the same thing. If you saw how little room they have to put a weld down you would understand. It looks like they heat up the part under the can and then just let the wire flow around it.I believe it is a problem they are trying to correct.

Even the plain-jane factory Yami's look better to me. Not quite sure why, i never thought that about Chad's bikes for some reason. With Bubba, i guess i was expecting something more impressive....

and that long arse Akropovic exhaust is just fugly!! i've always hated big obtrusive 4 stroke exhaust's like that. Is it impossible to make a short, compact exhaust and still meet the 94db limit?

wonder what Bubba had to invest to get that JSE logo on the shroud? Maybe it was part of his contract negotiations and he didn't pay...??
I think they look boring, Yamahas just seem boring.

I was assuming it was like that, that would be cool, nice to see him mix it up in different disciplines and extend his brand.

Plus it doesn't matter what it looks like. Most people are only going to see that bike from behind anyway.
