All he has to do is provide the proper medical documentation(provided it exists) from this point forward, before testing, and he's good to go?

He'll be just as 'guilty' as before, but it will be completely legal this time. If they allow it circumstantially in the NFL, something tells me it can't be that bad. I would think having ADHD would be far more detrimental than any advantage gained by taking Adderall.

This drug testing seems to be a bit of a farce. Seems like these testing companies are continually introducing new 'banned substances' to make it look like they are productive and effective, while keeping themselves in business.

No he can't exactly take it freely. He can take the prescribed dosage. If his blood levels were to exceed what a normal dosage should read, then it would be a violation.

JS needs a therapeutic use exemption (TUE). If he has ADD he would have a TUE.

...and amphetamines are no joke... they can seriously speed up your ability to make split second decisions (line choice, reacting to the bike, focusing, minimizing mistakes etc).
I rode on Ritalin (very similar to adderall) for the first time 2 weeks ago and had a blast with the extra focus and mental energy it gave me. It felt like I was riding faster with less effort.

Be careful with that shit man, it's no joke and highly addictive. I've seen some people who've let it ruin their lives! I'm sure you know this already but just be careful

wtf? If I was trolling I'd have way better and more interesting shit to say.

I take 10 mg a day, which is a super small dosage.
When I rode on it I was just trail riding, and took only 20mg. I was actually surprised by how I felt.

Seems a lot of people in denial here. The banned substance was on the list. No TUE prior to the violation. Everyone else tested was in compliance. What more is to be said. He failed.

Let me get this straight. If I get a prescription of whatever I want I can use it and still compete as long as I have a TUE?
Why isn't everyone getting prescriptions for this and using it then. I'm sure there are Doctors somewhere that will prescribe this stuff to anyone.

There have been people on here and that I've spoken to that said it made them slower and ride worse.

The TUE is supposed to be reviewed by independent doctors to stop abuse. Probably the most reasonable explanation for why it didn't exists is that his use in competition wouldn't have met the criteria.

Exactly, everybody's different and drugs and doses have different effects on each individual.

No. Because people take 3-6 times that amount for a PED.

TUE is bullshit. Who's to say how much you take?

By the way, I know people who alternate Addy, Mody, and Armo to lessen getting a tolerance.

ya know just poppin' adderal isn't the smartest thing to do......

It's wildly popular on college campuses. Colleges should take back some degrees from students on the crank. Oh wait, they want you on the crank because they don't care it's all about your money.

I honestly believe we don't have enough information to crucify anyone yet. I know on here people love to jump the gun and have a hot topic to go on, but truthfully there are so many missing facts we just don't know that would piece this story together.
