I stand by what I have always said, just take Reflex, make some more new tracks, tweak the handling slightly, make it so you don't crash as easy and make online play bulletproof. Minimal cost to rework the game rather than reinvent it everytime and start fresh with a turd game...

Yea I played the demo on PC using Steam to test it out before I ordered on eBay or amazon for xbox. Thankfully I do or it would be like MUD where I play it once and never again. I'm in the US.

GFX are great, real bikes, tracks, and hear all awesome. But physics, sounds, look of riding are all horrible. If they just released new gear, bikes, and tracks for reflex it would've been a success like prior mx vs atv games (before the Alive debacle).

I, too, think MXGP is far superior to anything we have seen from the MX vs ATV series. Reflex had good sim/arcade physics and great control but oversized tracks, horrible AI and collision, no full points series, no career mode and unrealistic outdoor tracks make for an over rated game, imo. MXGP needs to improve their physics but the do nearly EVERTHING else right in just their second MX game. Realistic replica tracks, full points series, career mode, full license and just a complete atmosphere of MX make MXGP the best MX game out there to me, thus far.

With that being said, I think the new MX vs ATV Supercross game will be their best in the series. The new team is on point and will bring us the best et in this series, especially with some time for the full sequel.

Btw, Tuesday at E3 at 1:40 PST is MX vs ATV Supercross' time slot to preview. Can't wait!!!!!!!!

I played the demo of the new MX vs ATV Supercross this past weekend, and I must say it's a drastic improvement from Alive. I only played a few tracks for a few minutes, but the franchise is definitely back on track

they are usually available online afterwards. i'm sure this will be the case.

i would imagine Nordic is going to do what they can to get the video as well, they really need to start getting it out there

So when does it come out? Are they going to let us know today? I remember they said they were aiming for June. You'd think if it was going to be out in June, we would've got a solid release date by now.

just a heads up you can pause the Live Stream coverage, you don't have to keep up in real time to watch it.

this is good for me as i'm watching it at work but can't just sit here for 20 minutes or how ever long it's going to be.

here's the link again...

ps... just tested it and you can also rewind. it's open and running in the background so if i miss the start of it i can just rewind. pretty cool that gamespot is providing this kind of coverage this year.

Just from looking through gamespot, I saw August 7th. But another place said September. I reckon they'd let us know today on the live stream.

I saw the same. On the forums, the executive producer said those sites just put those dates out as placeholders, that's why I wasn't sure. I hope we get a release date today.
