Sure, talent can't be trained, I agree 100%. But skill? Who has the best chance of knocking 0.5 seconds off his lap time? The guy that is clean and able to ride for 2 hours every second day and recovers adequately, or the guy on PED's who is able to ride 4 hours every day + gym + cardio and is completely rested by the following morning???
