Well my bike didn't even make it 5 hours of ride time before I couldn't help it anymore and tore it down. I run motoul 800 premix and the head looked like it hadn't been ran yet. Super clean. Took the 'ol dremel tool to the cylinder and did my best Mitch Peyton impression.

I picked up 20 gallons of 112 oxygenated leaded fuel, and threw in a few smaller base gaskets to get the cylinder height just right..... Hopefully it barks like a factory fire breather!

Is this the same KTM where you were having problems with the radiator hose or something? Cuz god damn! Now she looks nasty! In a good way.

Not really 'problems' I just mutilated that T piece so I could justify the one piece silicone replacement

The only problem I see is that doesn't look like a Mitch Peyton port job. Let us know how it works. That fuel and oil is a good start anyways.

Will do Cygnus. The Suzuki jetting setup made a huge difference and I think this is going to blow that mod out of the water.

Update for the guys asking:

BIG difference power wise. It didn't add much bottom but the overrev is just unreal. And it has that mod grunt that gives me a half-chub. I was lazy and ran the stock mx51's this weekend...... Big mistake.

I love when you make a mod or mods and can just feel you did it right. Any jetting issues with the change?

MxKing.....sounds like you did a good job. Back in the day before I had Tom Organ doing my motors I used to tear down my bike and just " Clean the ports " slightly and it definitely made a difference. Some of the left over cast debris in the ports were bad......and just smoothing some of those areas out could make a good difference. Glad you're having fun with that new KTM......it's what it's all about anyways.

Of course that is BullDogs................. recognize that sand anywhere. I have been in contact with that sand more times than I care to admit.

That bike really does look great BTW.

Thanks fellas! That is Bulldogs in Millington MI. They had a two stroke shoot out this weekend and It was a blast. I crashed a few times and my arms locked up, but I still had fun. 20 + 2 is no joke for a weekend warrior!!
