its possible they are keeping it looking the same even if its very different so if their top teir rider doesnt get along with the machine he could ride the previous model and no one would be the wiser

Crap....Looks like we are going to see a line of all 5 slightly updated models. I was hoping to see a new design, yes I know that "If it aint broke don't fix it" and those updates look positive but Im always excited to see new models. Suzuki did a similar thing with their RM 2 strokes from 01 to 08. The 01 RM250 although it looked the same was nowhere near the same bike in 08, different frame swingarm, engine , suspension etc....just the plastic looked the same.

The bike is already really good. Like others have said, if they can reduce weight and make the bike more durable the thing would never lose a shootout.

the 450 looks great, with the triple-air fork and some of the smaller refinements. At the end of the video, the guy said " test ride one" or something like that. Does that mean they will be offering test rides like KTM?


Speaking of KTM, I think they have a significant update coming for their 450 also, cant wait to see it.

Cool. I wonder if their air forks are as bad as Kawi's. I hate mine so much, not because performance, but because of reliability.

Seems like theyre trying to take what KTM does with the "race ready" package and do it just as good or better. Of course until the out a hydraulic clutch and brembos on the bike it wont be quite there, but I'm glad they didnt change a whole lot. I know when I get onto the 450 in a year or 2, it'll be an RMZ450

I do believe most Pro riders prefer the cable clutch over the hydraulic just for feel.

Factory Honda guys went to hydraulic clutches then switched back for a reason.

I don't get why they don't put new plastics on it. It can't be that hard and they'll sell a ton more bike's than one that's looked the same for 8 years.

I love what suzuki is doing. Great bikes and seem they have addressed needed problems in 13 and 15. I don't give two shits about the plastic.
