Well first the guy is way to heavy for a 250. I cant even see how he jumps the shit he does, being down on power to a guy weighing 125 lbs. Also he did pretty damn good on the 450 in MX last year. He even got a 3rd. Look how well he was doing in Daytona, before Bam Bam paid him back for the Utah take out. Your crazy if you don't think the guy will be a top 5 450 rider next year. Being able to ride/train with JS7 is only going to make him faster. I'm surprised he is as fast as he is, I don't think he even started racing till he was like 14-15? The kid has tons of talent!

Tyler bowers is down on power too and he won.

I just don't see Suzuki signing him if he isn't js7's brother. At least 5 guys better than him available, and that's only counting the 250 class. Also, no I don't think he'll be top 5. That's a huge stretch.

Since James plans to retire after next year I could see him making it happen that he gets to race along side little bro for his farwell tour. That would be pretty bitchin for him and sets Malcolm up to be top dog at Suzuki going forward.

Honda would be dumb not to sign Seeley to ride the 450. He is better than what they currently have and I don't see Barcia or Canard at Honda after 2014. Barcia is at odds with the bike and Canard just can't stay healthy. Seeley makes perfect sense and so does Honda going after a big fish like a Roczen, Wilson, Anderson, etc...

It's going to be super cool so watch and see how everyone falls into place when the fat lady stops singing!

I personally don't think Malcolm has earned a seat at the factory table yet. Not saying he might in the future, but given recent antics and racing stats, I would imagine there would be better prospects for a "factory" ride.

I don't think Suzuki has much of a budget for two riders, and they could probably get Malcolm very cheap compared to other available riders. JMO

Thought Anderson will point out of the 250's? Imagine he's on a 1 year deal with Rockstar. Surprised his name doesn't come up more often, his speed, ability & confidence have been incredible this year. Could see him being a good fit on the 350, but imagine he will have several options to choose from.

Don't count on Stewart retiring.... I'm guessing whether he does or not will depend hugely on how he's riding and his health.

If he's at 60 wins - within reach of McGrath, healthy & a retiring RV - I'd bet on him going for that 72.

It isn't unheard of.

Justin Brayton got a factory Honda ride, no 250 class wins......

There's probably been a few more but he's the most current that came to mind.

I thought about Brayton also. He had his MDK/KTM and JGR/Yamaha rides before factory Honda as well.
Regal and Chisholm had their L&M Yamaha rides and they hadn't won professionally either.
I'm sure Malcolm will be riding for free, or on some sort of performance based contract anyways.
