After seeing that courageous effort he put in it '!s hard not to admire this guy. I'm a huge JS fan and the ride James put in was unbelievable but the ride that RV put in was just as amazing in my eyes. Massive respect RV you definitely showed tonight why you have 3 SX titles to your name and probably 4 at seasons end.
What's it like being blind?
Does anyone know if he got to ride the track on press day or was he sick then too? If not, this performance is that much more impressive.

Just remember a vid or whatever showing how all his meals etc are all prepared for him, or did he scratch his bum or pick his nose. Just seems strange especially how they pride themselves on such quality training and life. Would be a good doctors report to read regarding blood tests etc he has had to find out what is wrong. Maybe the Misses is taking too much out of him. He done good.
Pit Row
Comes back from season ending knee injury to WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Rides through food poisoning that put an end to Josh Grant's night to stay in the hunt.
Tough mofo.
In a big way
As for RV getting food poisoning, I was wondering if it was sushi or something. I seem to recall Brayton having a bout with food poisoning early in the season due to sushi (who also rode while being sick IIRC - just not nearly as good as RV did). I learned a very tough lesson once while in China on business. If you go out to dinner for some "questionable food", better have a nice after dinner drink that is stiff on alcohol - it kills the bacteria you just may have ate. Myself and a co-worker got sick, a third did not (he was the one having a couple of scotches after dinner, when the other two of us didn't).
