Haha.. I would love to own that thing! I actually had one in 1980, and even though we were underpowered to the RM60, the YZ50 handled so much better that it didn't matter. Yamaha got smart and upped it to a 60cc in '81 (My avatar is the '81 60) and really owned the class. Well, up until the KX and CR60's hit the market at least.

Here's a few pics me on mine. It was Mouse McCoys' , but he had an extra one, and I think my pops thought I'd die if I stayed on the RM60 that year.

I want it , was also my first bike, got mine at the end of the 80 season, raced it in 81. we were underpowered until dad had the motor "fixed" for me to get holeshots....then drop the Alessi anchor.
