Any one had any trouble with Impulse Graphics? Sent numerous emails with an update on my order and not one response.. don't get me wrong there graphics are sick but pretty sure there customer service is lacking bad... race was supposed to be this weekend and I don't even know if there shipped or even made for that matter... and of course they took the money all ready...I hate to even ask this but at this point i'm getting irritated.... Any info will help... thanks alot

There are a few threads on here where he does the same thing. He dicked me around for weeks and dodged my calls, I ended up calling him on a friends number and he picked up instantly.

Nice product but he will never receive my business again.

I called there and the sales guy picked up, said they would be done at the end of the week...... crossing my fingers though... hopefully this isn't on going. You would figure for being a support rider they would make sure they would make you a priority... Thanks for the info though

@jleew6 I was reading up on here before I posted my thread.. Makes no sense to me why they duck and dodge you and keep you waiting... what does it take 5 mins to email someone at most.. As a rider and racer I need to know dates and want to know asap.. not wait around for weeks and not ride... Glad you got the helmet back though

I feel your pain, I've had that issue with several companies, finally found one that keeps me in the loop on the process and actually picks up the phone during business hours. Good luck!

I have a few thoughts regarding this topic.

When this topic was started Impulse was at the Mill Creek Spring Classic supporting racers, so that might explain the phones unattended.
Believe it or not, there is actually a lot that goes into creating graphics. In order to maintain a steady work flow it would be impossible to get anything done if they dropped what they were doing every time someone had a question. It's unfortunate, but true. A bigger graphics company probably hires people just to answer phones and handle questions like that, but you also are much less likely to get full custom designs with that same service.

I have a small business, I answer the phone, return messages and call people back in a timely manner.

There is no excuse for anything less.

This guy is right.. The guys at impulse got back to me and more then made up for everything.. I didn't come here to bash the company more to see if there was problems I should be aware of....

yeah like with the technology available today you for sure can't return inquiries or calls or emails or texts or do what is expected of a normal functioning business if you are not sitting at your desk/in your office..................pathetic............

I'm all for start ups and entrepreneurship but job # 1.......if you have any concept and dreams at all..........is taking care of the f'n customer............especially today as this thread has proven........

guess the reason why graphics companies come and go like the tide..................

Too bad they charge $20 for a proof to see what you are getting for the $240 you are already spending.

Oh is that how it works?Laughing

FWIW Impulse has a great product and my sons stuff was killer looking. My problem with them was that they told us a week so we sent a brand new Shoei to them and after two weeks I called just to see what was up and they didnt answer or call back. Then I emailed and still nothing. This went on for a while so I started getting mad. It wasn't until a Vital member called him ( his friend) and told him about my thread on Vital is when he finally called me back.
So yes you can bet your fuckin ass I was "bitchin" about a graphics company.

I run my own company and when someone calls I take care of them . It doesnt matter if they are spending $10 or $10000 you treat people fair and be honest with them.

I work in a large business.

I answer my phone, call people back, and answer email immediately.

I just fired off an email on a 20K deal...and I'm taking a dump Smile
