I'll stick to working my abs on the flat for now..

Will do, but a tip: to draw hot girls away from the http://www.pinterest.com/facepunk/hot-blokes/ site towards Vitalmx, you can either 1) ride without your shirts on so there's something for us too 2) pass on some your immense MX knowledge to us when we get stuck on something and ask: we do like a good ride (no pun intended) and the share is much lower towards ladies than among guys on tracks or forums. "Just do it" is fine but there are only so many times you can learn by fucking up till bits of your body get mangled, and that wouldn't do for hot chicks would it.. Wink
