Yeah sure. If he really is 100% than a top 10 is all but guaranteed. When Eli is really on it, he's better than Roczen.

No pressure will benefit him. We have all seen how he races under pressure.

Starts will be critical..... we have only seen JS7 and RV2 move through the elite riders.

Tomac may have had Roczen covered in 250's but 450's are different animals!

You have to respect it.

i think it will take Tomac a while to adjust , Hopefully he doesn't OJ to many triples!

I can see him being a touch slower at first, then maybe a win or two late in the season.

Well the only start we've seen this season he had a decent start. I thought for a split second, he was going to be battling for wins instantly. That went all down the shitter in two corners.

Indeed.... Although I like Tomac, I have this discussion with my buddy all the time... My buddy always says to watch Tomac outdoors and how fast he is, or some of his 250 sx races.... I always rebut with the fact you cannot ride a 450 like you do a 250....Tomac is a pretty big dude, but when you jump up to the 450, you cant ride it like that and need a "smoother" style....Tomac will pick it up im sure...but he may be overiding the thing....

As well as throwing away a 25 point lead and a west coast championship.

You guys seem to forget Tomac has always practiced on the 450 at home. The guy is no stranger to it. I say 1 or 2 races to get back up to speed, and he will be just as fast as KR. For A3 I see him outside the top 5.

Not according to a few of these folks..... he has no idea how to ride a 450F. Hell, didn't he win a moto at the MEC in 2012?

He looked like a rookie on the 450 the first few SX's he rode on it. He was all over the place, and it wasn't just a setup problem. No doubt he's had more time on it this go around, but I don't expect him to top-10 right away.

If Tomac can get a good start, he has a great chance to be on the podium, maybe even the top spot. Jmo of coarse.
