Regarding RC he is an adult and can make his own choices. I would like to see him taking better care of himself but since he hasn't given me any lifestyle advice recently I'll just keep my lips sealed.
Opinions aside the reality of excess weight are health issues IE diabetes low back issues high blood pressure etc. The habits we develop in our 30s stay with us and it is difficult to flip a switch when you're in your 50's when you're told you need to stop doing this and start eating that.
Bottom line is I am happy that Ricky Carmichael is staying active in his retirement years.

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
How funny would that be
I think not.
Ricky probably always had to watch what he ate around Baker, and had to work hard at staying slim when he trained. I wouldn't doubt he has some type of eating disorder because he was denied food for so long. Now, he probably eats everything in sight because he can, and feels hungry all the time. When you are denied something, some people later crave it.
Looks like RC ate his competition
Pit Row
why single him out? did you see some of the past champs last week? some are, some are not.
to each his own....he may prefer a shed over his tool.....

Anyone can do what ever they like with their bodies.
Interesting to note someone said the more you east the more you want.
We all have a built in full switch, but Sugar / Fructose triggers the I need more to fuel the Fructose habit.
But 200m Americans can't be wrong, Sugar / Fructose is the savior of the Planet.
