Nice head stays Sheezie but have to say I'm not a fan of the bolts. need to find some genuine type by going through the OEM parts web pages to see if you can match the length for what you need or going to moto shop that specialises in dismantling MX bikes or something Keep on keeping on anyway>
Good call on the bolts man! I actually went through about 40 bolts trying to find some that fit perfect.. the issue wasn't so much the length as it was finding one big enough to fill the hole (that's what she said) of the head and frame mounts.. every bolt I tried had a little bit of movement which would probably vibrate like a cell phone in church ..the stock headstay bolts had small shoulders to stop that.. these did too.. and I have no idea what they came off of.. was even going to get wayne at the machine shop to make me a couple but he didn't have a metric tap that size... silly bolts...

I cut up the original radiators and fit them perfectly in place. Then epoxied them all together and sent off as mock ups to have a custom set made. Fuckers came back so oversized they wouldn't fit in any way shape or form. Looked like a four core for one of your street rods! $500.00 pissed away.....aaaarrrrgggghhhh. That's about where the motivation screeched to a halt.Laughing

Great bike. I'd like to see better hardware used on the head stay. Some flanged bolts would look much nicer. Also would love to see the use of Allen heads as well. Just look more professional to me.

Though I'm sure a "certain person" will chime in about me posting up something from DeCal Works I'll still throw out my graphics idea. Some things could be changed around/added but here would be a good starting point for a 1/2 Suzuki 1/2 KTM...

Can anyone remember British American Racing from Formula 1 a few years ago....they wanted to run their two cars with two different liveries. They wernt allowed to, so they painted on logo on one side and the other logo on the other side.

Why not put KTM graphics on one side and Suzuki on the other???? that would really mess with peoples heads!!!!

Sheezie, nice job on the bike. I'm looking forward to seeing some finished pics. My idea for the graphics would be to find a factory Suzuki graphics package you like and just add a small "powered by ktm". Keep it clean. It's too nice a build to slap logos all over, and cartoon type graphics that are all too common these days.

Kyle, I'm not sure what you're trying to say about a "certain person" chiming in about decal works. If I offended you or DecalWorks by giving you props for a good website and trying to send some business your way then I'm sorry.

My folks have about 60 acres out in the country.. I used to have a full blown motocross track but it was leveled when I moved to Vegas to keep people from riding on it' .. So a lot of us got together and layed out a grass track between the two hay fields .. Makes for some awesome racing when all my friends are in on it.. This picture was taken this past Sunday' since it was raining so much it was just my buddy Hubert and I ' and we were running the track backwards.. His girlfriend took a few pics of us riding and she does all that instagram filter picture changing stuff which is why it looks the way it does..

Hey buddy nice job.
You will probably want to get the valving changed in the suspension, 4 strokes have weight in different places and with a 2stroke donk in there it will most likely jump nose high at the moment?

say something like this kit we did a while back for a buddy of mine, half blue half red based of the dc special edition mx gear, i would offer to do the kit but more than likely cheaper to buy in the usa than from us over in lil ol new zealand! if you dont find something we are more than happy to work on a custom one off kit for you! we just did a kdx200 in a kxf250 frame custom graphics kit for a customer as well
