Maybe they meant to say it was renovated in 2001 because that house looks like it was built long before 2001 and then renovated. Using cheap vinyl siding to boot...

If that house was in fact built in 2001 whoever built it had zero taste (At least on the outside, the inside looks nice).

What a cool place though. I wonder why he is selling it if he is about to start racing again?

Did ferry ever sell his place in Florida a couple years back? i cant remember. i just remember it was a sweet house with a sx track and all. i hope he was able to keep it.

I go to Cocoa Beach for work several times a year. I'm always looking at homes and land down there. I found a 10 acre cleared lot with a 2500 sq ft home and three car detached garage for $204,000. Prices are crazy there but the work out htere isn't so great.

It's definitely off the beaten path, but not too far from Orlando (45 min). Daytona 1 1/2 hrs, Tampa 1 1/2 hrs.
Jake has had the opportunity to ride there a few times, and loved it. If you go to birds eye view on the map posted here, go left about 1/2 mile and you'll see Boni's place.
