Someone give him the blue & yellow #1 plate.

The biggest suprise to me was that Stewart was so close to Short despite running only 2 SX rounds. I thought for sure Ferry would be second on the list (he was #1 last year).

Start at number 2, and delete #13, and those should be your national numbers for 2009.

Too bad the perm number system has fcuked that up.

i know EVERYBODY feels the same , never bothered flaming on about it before ( kinda like saying how much the rocketing fuel prices suck - everyone feels the same ) but i am SO sick of all this supercross only rubbish. definately reward the guys that ride all year !

1MX1 Stewart
1MX2 Villopoto (racing 450 in 09)
1SX Reed
31 Canard (1e SX)
47 Lawrence (1w SX)

============================
i love the concept of the overall ranking numbers. but give the guys who earn their plate to run it the following year (in their class), such as:

1m: Stewart
1L: Villopoto (who would not run it in the new class)
1S: Reed
1E: Canard
1W: Lawrence

we don't have a problem at the E/W Shootout... They all get a chance to "run the plate".
and I know. stfu. got it. thanks.

Andrew Short should be recognized and rewarded for this accomplishment. In todays world of sx only, not racing unless "feeling it", pulling off instead of racing tweaked bike, etc It is great to see a rider attend and finish every SX and every MX event.

Way to go Andrew Short!

+1

From the results I was going over last night it looks like Shorty and Josh Hill were the only top guys to make it to all 29 MX/SX races this season.

I think Nick Wey was next with only one missed start in SX.
