$48,000 Pro Purse, $10,000 Amateur Purse, 150% Vet Payout

Jimmy Weinert Training Facility (JWTF) will host round two of the 1st Annual $48,000.00 Pro Purse 2013 Waffle House Open Pro Shootout. The 3 race series stops first at Hog Heaven MX on November 1st, 2nd and 3rd and continues on to JWTF on November 8th, 9th and 10th. The third and final round of the series will be held at County Line MX on November 15th, 16th and 17th. The series will also hold a $10,000.00 (Visa Card) Amateur Purse and a 150% payout in 35+ Vet Class. The series champion for both the 250A and 450A will receive $1,500.00 on top of their individual moto winnings. All races will be held rain or shine with an organized practice the Friday of each race weekend. The Purse distribution is as follows:

PRO Purse (250A & 450A per moto):

1. $1000.00
2. $700.00
3. $400.00
4. $350.00
5. $250.00
6. $200.00
7. $180.00
8. $160.00
9. $140.00
10. $120.00
11. $100.00
12. $80.00
13. $60.00
14. $40.00
15. $20.00

Amateur Purse (paid at last race):

Open B - 1st = $1500.00, 2nd = $900.00, 3rd = $450.00
Open C - 1st = $900.00, 2nd = $600.00, 3rd = $300.00
85cc 9-13 - 1st = $600.00, 2nd = $300.00, 3rd = $225.00
65cc 7-11- 1st = $300.00, 2nd = $225.00, 3rd = $150.00
50cc Open - 1st = $300.00, 2nd = $225.00, 3rd = $150.00

Entry Fees:

Amateur cost per class = $40.00
Pro cost per class = $75.00

With 32 RV water and power hook-ups and cabins available, JWTF is your perfect in between race stop. Come to JWTF to ride and train in between races!

It's amazing amateur nationals can put out this kind of money. I think you would have to get top 6 both motos at a national to make the kind of money u can make in 1 moto there. Good on jimmy for doing this for the racers.

Went to this race last year, Webb, mcelrath, Alex Martin, jace Owen , Jacob Hayes, Luke renzland, and several other who I'm forgetting were at this event.

Cool to see the amateur payouts but it's going to cost a lot to make it to those races... Better than nothing I suppose.

How can you pay the Am's even with a debit card and not call it getting paid like the Pro's? it's not like a MFG contingency card.

Just saw on Facebook that the money will be given through visa pre paid cards, not cash. Still, what other organizers go this far to give back to the riders?

Does it matter that amateurs are going to make money competing in a three race series and not call themselves pro? Either way I think most will agree that it's an AMA pro license that seperates ams from pros.
