Touchy subject. I believe a few months ago the same question was asked and he had squared himself with the justice system. I don't think there's anything official that says he can't race but or isn't welcome but obviously he has avoided Loretta's.

I'm not sure what BS your speaking of, That may be what he said initially, I'm not even sure I remember him saying that, But He then owned the whole deal and ad mitted he had a problem with things and got some help for it, If somebody digs up the original thread he even replied quite a few times himself, so you may wonna read that before you start throwing out stuff like that. There are lots of people in this world with lots of differant problems that don't or won't relalize there is a problem sadly until it's to late.

This is a very touchy subject and of course no one condones what he did.

My guess is he has paid the price and will hang low for awhile. You can argue that the price should be higher and that's fine.

I bet his racer side is dying that he isn't just racing at LL's every year and still winning. It's his fault shit went sideways.

You can't "pay the price" for being a pedophile, at least in modern society. To me a pedophile goes in the same catagory as a first degree murderer and punishment should be the same.
