Not trying to nit pick, but during some of most exciting racing that we've seen in a while, do we really need a complete video recap of all the trouble RD5 has faced throughout the night?
We already sit through the start replay, usually cutting away from a tight battle to show it. Now, we need to watch Dungey's trials and tribulations, that we have already seen multiple times during the heat and LCQ?
At least give us a split screen!
Otherwise, good coverage and great racing. Just my two cents.

I for one, completely appreciated the replays as I was not able to watch the heat race or LCQ.
never said anything about commercial breaks.
I was ok with earlier RACE ACTION replays to help me understand what they were talking about when referencing Dungey's problems. Not everyone can sit down for 3 hours in front of a TV on a Saturday night.

Somehow, I managed to carve out three hours to watch the race, as did most people who watched.
So, what your saying is, it would be useless to have split screen coverage so that we could continue watching a live race during the recaps that help bring the "really important busy people" that couldn't watch the entire show up to speed..
Ok.
I just said the replay really didn't bother me and in this instance was appreciated. Thus, my statement "There will never be a time when everybody is happy". I apologize for appreciating the replay since it messed up your telecast.
I Never said your ideas were stupid, not warranted or not good. Read what I wrote.
Don't be a Vitard (see queen of spodes) TBteam.... You are better than that.
I always find it odd that whenever they go to another shot, like when TC41 and RV2 we battling mid-pack with someone, you hear the crowd go "OOOOOH" or cheer and you're thinking you're missing something back up front with the DM18/JS7 battle.
Yeah, more use of split screens
I wonder if the live coverage is limited by the ability to sell advertising time for 3 hours of show?

I am extremely thankful for live racing, but let's stick with the action up front and when they thin out later in the race, which usually happens, we can replay stuff from the first ten laps. I'd much rather get a replay of the big AHHHH!!!! when the guy in seventh wads going through the whoops than see that live and get a replay for a takeout pass for the lead.
Do I love Fro, no. Does Carmichael have some opinions that cross the line a bit, yes. Hey if KTM want to race with an air shock, um, blank you.
BUT, I am freaking ecstatic about the live racing. At 52, I never thought I would live to see it for multiple Saturday nights in a row, I don't even watch hockey anymore! I remember watching ABC Wide World of Sports just to maybe get a race to watch a couple of times a year. And believe it or not, Superbikers was pretty cool racing...Eddie Lawson and Magoo on the same track, bonus!
It's a beautiful thing.

All that being said, it is live and I'm sure they're doing the best they can. It is extremely frustrating to see the crowd roar during a replay though. If they're showing another battle, that's okay. A replay though is unacceptable. Really when it's live I give them a pass, but when it's on CBS the next day and something like that happens, I get pissed.
