That TwoTwo spool set up is pretty trick; it must have a crazy fast return for it not to get caught up in something it shouldn't when the fork is compact.

Since position/displacement mean nothing to the world of shock absorbers (barring no internal position sensative passages in the shock body), the data needs to be differentiated wrt time to obtain shaft speed.

Edit - I just looked it up. The box on the bar mounts is the GPS unit.
Electronically controlled suspension is just around the corner if not already being tested somewhere.
Their rear suspension kit is overkill. A small rotary pot on the swingarm pivot would be way more reliable and accurate.
At least some teams are FINALLY using data in motocross. Now they need to prove they are smart enough to do anything with it and not just a bunch of glorified mechanics trying to act smart by throwing data at the equation....
