Okay, here's a couple I always feel good about when I'm going through my own work. They probably all been up here a bunch already. None are best of all time, and one or two have any real historical significance.

I've always really liked this one of RC exploding out of the back at Washougal in 04.

07 start of the season

There's a JLaw image like this, but I think I've grown to like this Stroupe one attacking the sand at least as much

The bottom photo's a Redeye shot of Paul Malin. Also think the Everts shot might be a Redeye image too.

Surely some oldtimer must recall when he pinned it through the whoops and over the finish line jump like nobody else did that day.
I remember that pic, that was a sick launch by the O'show, similar to the Kehoe one but better. IMO

Back in those days the bikes were not as agile as today. They were kind of heavy because the CG was not optimized. I could double for the start picture, that was normal back then, a wheelie with a holeshot.

I recognize Malcolm on the right. Who is in the middle? Is that Steve McQueen on the left?

Thanks for posting that third picture of Roger DeCoster railing the berm. It is my all time favorite. I remember it used as a Bel-Ray ad.
