Wow, one big time dreamer there. He has got his hands on that somehow and thinks he is gonna make a massive profit. It doesn't even look in that good condition. And bikes usually look much better in photos than they do in the flesh. I doubt he would get anywhere near the $25 000 reserve that he has.

The last one of those that hit ebay went for about $11,000.00 I think. It was pretty rough too. I think restored and pristine, that Suzuki would have a hard time fetching 20K if it is all he claims. I have a Factory 360 Mugen that I'll sell with a reserve considerably less than 25K, evn less than 20....Laughing

$250,000!? You could've had Chad Reeds 2012 fleet of motorcycles in your garage and hired Ozzy to keep em running for a year for a lot cheaper then that......but I did hear that those RH's handled good though.

Is that "works" electrical tape that comprises most of the air boot?

So I write this guy a note, sort of calling him out on his price. This is what i got back:

Me: For the record, there is not a single documented motocross bike in the world, no matter how historic it's value, that is worth $250,000.

Him: Have any gull-wing mercedes to trade for it? Then, we would talk.

25k is the starting bid , not the reserve. He could have the reserve set over 100k

He has to pay a listing fee on the bike and another fee for a reserve auction that is based on the reserve price so he must think it will sell, otherwise he is flushing money down the toilet.

Judging by the overall listing and his answers to questions, he is either a comedic genius or a complete tool with dilutions of grandeur. I'm going with the latter.

Yeah, that one was the rebar wonder and sold for $11,600.00 last February. Listed as:
“1975 Suzuki RH250 RH75 located at our shop in Japan. This bike is complete but will need a full restoration. The frame has been braced in 2 places, “see pictures”. Also the steering neck also has a small brace, looks to be factory or someone did a very nice job on it. Engine in the bike is ok, no problems. Bike is sold as is no returns, so ask questions before you bid. We can ship this bike to Long Beach, California for approx $700.00.”

Agree, this is so much wrong with rather minuscule audience, cant be that great of a comedian and miss that little detail? You a prankster? Aim making a joke of some mainstream gadget for a better audience?

Still, pretty odd that a guy with that total lack of reason and sense even got his hands over something like this to start with? Maybe was rather healthy at some point, and things got worse...
