On 12/22/12, my wife and son Jacob, flew to Dallas,TX, to spend Christmas with his grandparents, within 10 minutes of arriving he went outside to see the lights on the house, excited,he ran back in,not knowing the glass storm door was shut,he broke the glass and cut his abdomen open,he passed in my arms in the ambulance on the way to Childrens Hospital.Jacob loved dirt bikes ,he had all the toy ones,he would make Supercross tracks on the couch with blankets and pillows, and say,"dad, look at this Justin Barcia whip" . He loved to go to Pir Thursday night moto, eat corn dogs and watch racing
I am so sorry for your loss, love and prayers from me and my family

wow, like the others i have no idea what to say but i feel i just i have to say something.

i lost both of my parents last month and i know the pain i feel from that is nothing compared to what you are going through.

my wife recorded this for my parents funeral, maybe the words will bring you and your wife some peace and happiness

Up to the mountain

just try to focus on the 4 great years you gave him and the happiness he brought to everyone around him, and stay strong for his mother.

your in our prayers.

Oh man, this is the worst news here on vital ever. Life is so unfair sometimes and there's no point to makes sense out of it. I hope u guys can survive this crap and support each other in the best possible way and hang in there. Keep us posted and don't hesitate to share your frustrations, up and downs or whatever. We are here for u as much as forum members can be. If this sux, u are totally free to mail me about anything, not that I think I can do much to ease your pain, but just to point out our sincere attentions, we feel your pain, maybe especially those with kids in the same age. Also tnx for sharing, I'm going to appreciate mine a bit more now since I take her for granted way to often.

So sorry to hear this. None of us know how long we're destined for, but that was far too short.

I know nothing we can say on here as moto friends can fix this tragedy.... But believe me when we say we care, and share a little bit of your pain, as humans and parents as well. I have often wondered if I had to choose... Between just a few years with my children, or never having them. I would still chose to have them, and whatever the few blessed years I had with them. I hope somehow, the joy he gave you, and the love and wonder he showed you, can somehow trump the pain in your hearts some day. He was an awesome little fella, and knew he was loved more than anything. You and your family have my condolences, thoughts and prayers. You are a very strong man. RIP little man.

Both my wife and I send out to you and your family our deepest sympathy and love. I begin to cry when I even try to imagine your pain and loss, and hope that God eases your heart and mind with the good memories of your son.

May god be with you and your wife/family. Nobody should have to go through what you are right now. Just try to remember that he is destined for greatness and has a bigger purpose in being an angel!

This is heartbreaking!

Families can be together forever! Death isn't the end of your son, my friend! His spirit lives on! And thanks to Jesus he will live again, and you will be able to see him and hug him and laugh with him again some day. Death isn't a permanent goodbye, but a necessary step in our progression.

May God bless your family at this difficult time. You are in my prayers.
