What riders could be a surprise in 2013? It seems that all of the top twenty will be deserving of finishing at the front of the pack. However, I do think that Goerke will do good (much better than anyone expects). In the 250 class I don't think that anyone will be at the front of the pack that is really surprising. I think that guys like Tomac, Roczen, Baggett, Musquin will have the top positions locked down on either coast. However, if one rider does have the potential to exceed expectations, I'd go with Cole Thompson.
