Suzuki put out an RM100 for a bit. Was this basically the 125 with a 100 top end, or was it different chassis, wheel size wise?
Another ransom question, are there any youth classes at vintage events?

As far as the RM 100 & RM 125 it depends on the year. The first year of the RM100 was 1976 and it was very close to the 1975 RM125. The 1977 and beyond RM100s shared the same bottom end (sans the rod) as the RM125 but the shocks and forks were shorter travel and less quality. They also had different exhausts and the carbs may have been 2mm smaller (32mm vs. 34mm).
But, back to 100cc stuff, we just fired up one of our freshly restored Jeff Ward Mini Elsinores and were ripping up and down the neighborhood just yesterday trying to get the jetting worked out. Looks too good to ride, but we plan on thrashing it anyway. It can always be restored again when we are done! We'll be getting back to racing with the Evo Vintage and the Texas Vintage Racing clubs later this year. Going to be so cool to see a JWRP bike ripping it up on the track after all these years.

I've tried searching google to confirm this but haven't had any luck. If anyone has any links to sites that could either confirm or deny this, post them. I'd be interested to check them out.
FLVMX races are about as cool as vintage moto can get. A bunch of people that race for fun amd develop friendships with the people thay compete with. AHRMA could learn a valuable lesson fromn the smaller regional groups.
