Arenacross, East Coast Lites and Canadian Nationals on a good bike. Too bad not full time US but what can you do.

Arenacross Tour thingy not the real arenacross series... It's starting REALLY SOON. He'll be busy.

Seems strange but glad he has a bike. He had good showings in the pro ranks already, but it would have been nice to see him stay down another year IMO. Best of luck to Cole on 2013

I wonder what kind of support he gets from Leading Edge while doing the AXtour and 250 east sx?

Full deal with mechanic and transporter, or bike and parts and he has to get himself to the U.S. races and hire his own mechanic?

Good news for the winter, racing AX is the best tune up for SX lites east. ( top 10 is realistic.)
I hope Donk is turning the wrench's, his SX experience with Kawi's would be a great asset.

Leading Edge should be on the podium next summer with Tyler Vilopoto and Cole on the same team.
Cole has the speed to run out front on Canadian soil, we should see some good battles.

Leading Edge won that deal. Hopefully it works out and Cole makes the best of it.

Got to admit its kinda disappointing. Hopefully it works out for him. He showed some real speed outdoors last year. Was hoping that he would come up with something better, but that seems to be the story in a lot of situations lately!
Edit. I didnt' read the whole thing and see now he will be doing Lites races. Sweet. Should work out good!

I attend Moncton every year, and those Leading Edge Kawi's are fire breathing dragons, the 250's sound like they are really juiced and look good too, even to a pumpkin fan.

Was a big thrill watching Josh Demuth ride one, great style to try to emulate. Deals are probably hard for everyone except about 10 people in the world. I think it is ok, bigger fish in little pond will give him confidence, while still spending time in the big pool.

Go Can-A-da.

Good for Cole to land a ride....having said that, it's too bad he's going to race the outdoors here in Canada.

Our series is a shadow of what it was in the early 2000's. Lots of in-fighting & devisive political BS involved in Canadian moto for quite a few years, now.

I hope that he makes the most of his opportunity & lands a full-time ride in the US.

I've said it before...Cole is a hard-working kid from a truly core moto-family.

Lotta people from SWO area rootin' for him!

Josh Demuth never rode for Leading Edge... he was on the Cernic's Kawi team with Troy Adams in 2010 I believe. Leading Edge didn't have the 450 program back then.

Frenchie aka C4MX does the bikes for Leading Edge. He also does the MotoConcepts bikes and a few others I believe... So you know Thompson's 250F will be good...

great deal for cole. a cananadian title should be worth about 50gs. he can make a living here without closing the door to real successs. the guys up here who win titles make a good living. he could win both titles up here that hasnt happened in a long time. i predict a lites champuionship here. top 3 in ax and top ten in sx. that would be awsome!!!

What do you mean by ''he could win both titles up here''? You mean 250 this year and 450 next? He should win AX Tour fairly easily. I think he did last year. Again, this is NOT the AMA arenacross series with Bowers.

You'e right, it's a nothing series and nothing like what Lange won when he kicked everybody's ass for a few years before his career was cut short. Hopefully it's a stepping stone to something bigger. Cole has some serious talent and until he finds a backer to give him some support he'll never achieve the greatness he's capable of.

Hopefully some body realizes this before his career is done and over with.

U r right, my bad. The Sheriff was on Cernic's. He sure is a cool dude no wonder what bike he is on.

The bikes Maier and Beets were riding last year seemed to have lots of juice. That being said, Benoit spanked their ass, and Beaton had a rough day in Moncton.

I wouldn't say the Canadian outdoor series is nothing, lots of American's come up and think they are going to own it, but don't necessarily. Georke has turned it into a BTO ride, and CF had some good finishes two year ago at the end of the season in AMA.

It's a step backwards, but maybe not a giant step if has the right attitude....still a young feller.

i like how hes got a good bike under him and will be doing sx's but he doesnt belong in canadian nats let alone the mx2 class. will be boring. i guess looking on the brightside he could hopefully save some coin for another go down south. now i have no local guy to cheer for in the us nats Sad
