He looks EXTREMELY disappointed to me. You know the million was probably at least in the back his mind with the way he killed it first moto.

Did he even hit his head? I thought he hit his head on the berm but didn't see it in the replay. I'm guessing it might have been the concrete???

I think he summed it up well in his interview. He came there to find out where he and the bike were. That question was answered. He seemed more disappointed than anything. Remember when his hand slipped off over the huge double at Pala in 2010 battling with Dungey?

RV walked away from Barcia in that first moto, and then Barcia just straight up beat Dungey in the last moto. So if anything I think RV proved his point tonight.

RD= hero for that shift over the triple in first gear move.......Now if he can just do that while doing a double backflip.

RV= disappointed he didn't ride. He is fast, and this may be a smart move, but I didn't like it.

I say this because he said "if it was the real deal I would have rode".......That to me says he could have physically rode but chose not to because he could not win. Smart but not courageous.

RV proved he is still the fastest out there but he made a mistake. You guys just hate it because a 3peat is coming to a supercross series near you. RV is a straight up winner. Where some see him being cocky I see honest self confidence. There will be a changing of the guard, just not this year.

I was surprised he sat it out but he did look like he rung his bell. Much better not to go push it and risk missing another season for a one off race. Once the million was out of the equation that is.

Dungey had to hand shift for two moto, and beat Rv in one of those motos. Rv quit, and Dungey stuck it out, does that mean Dungey is faster? (No not at all) However if Rv had bike problems in one moto he would have pulled off the track right away, just like he did after he laid his head into a "Tuff Block". I think Rv gives a bad name to the "Tuff Blocks"...
