Pourcel is more than capable with running with pretty much anybody in the GP's...and, if he's feeling it, here too IMO. Maybe this time passing since he shot himself in the foot negotiating for a ride here with any major team has cleared his head (and ego) from believing he was that much better than everybody else and was worth more.

His results should give him a good ride here...on a bike worthy of his talent.

He declined his best shot in 2010 when Geico Honda was after him, even he practice on the Geico Honda, chose the ride and make good results and maybe he will be on a Factory Honda today!

Makes you wonder if he was being led like a sheep by his agent who told him to hold out for more money (as one story goes)...or whether he was being arrogant and ignorant all on his own.

Who’s burned more bridges Pourcel or Alessi?

Pourcel wont race GP’s, Yamaha’s, motoconcepts, JWR, or LMc.

Alessi burned bridges at Honda, Suzuki, KTM.

Moral of the story is don’t burn bridges in motocross or life. It will severely limit you future opportunities.

like the classic story of the guy that flips some asshole off in a fit of road rage on his way to meet his girlfriend's parents, and the asshole turns out to be her daddy?

^^^^^This happens in real life! Short story... I was playing in a YMCA basketball league game 2 winters ago, my team was up quite a bit and some guy wouldn't stop complaining to the refs about calls, etc. I tell him "stop complaining, you're down 30" and he gets in my face and gets mouthy. I tell him "Score board.... BITCH!" Anyway, a month or so later I'm working with a recruiter for a new job, been talking to this guy on the phone, we meet up for lunch to discuss opportunities and guess who it is? Yup.... the score board bitch guy. LOL

Regarding CP377, from listening to PulpMX show and/or DMXS every week, can't remember where I heard it but I want to say that more or less he wanted a salary around $600k a year and his offers were around $300k. In some ways I don't blame the guy for standing up for what he wants and thinks he deserves, but on the other hand, how much earning power does he have outside of racing moto? I would highly highly doubt it's more than $300k a year.

BTO would align well with Pourcel. (Pourcel is a world wide moto brand, BTO delivers world wide)
ALSO I am just going on the record here to say: It would not surprise me if CP377 beats the Dunge in some SX races if CP is on the 350 and Dunge on the 450.

Right from RacerX:

After Bercy, I'll go back to Florida. We also have to do suspensions testing with my KTM.

And for the 2013 season?
I didn't decide anything yet but I already refused several offers. If it don't get a bike to win it's completely useless. My contract is done with Kawasaki. I now have the support of KTM France. That being said, I have nothing specific on hand signed for now but I want to focus on the Bercy Supercross. We'll see. One thing is certain: I do not want to return to the World Championship GP.
What does he want..... a deal where the MB > MC. The cost for CP377 are greater than a lot of other riders.
