Okay, the pro race season's over, but for me, it's now the ON Season. It's getting cooler, and it's training time for me.
Example? I've got a pair of personal goals so far...
1. Ride my road or mountain bike at least four times a week for a minimum of 15 miles.
2. Drop 20 pounds.
Who else is in for the ON Season?

You're doing an awesome job of hijacking this thread so far.
...i dont see what the problem is
Lose 10-15.
Start Stretching more often. At 26, with my past injuries (who doesn't say this?) , i feel like a million bucks if I stay limber. Why is this so annoying to keep on top of for most of us?
Get the 125 done over the winter. I'm totally in love with it. BUT it needs a "project" status soon. Plastic, motor, all that.
That's part of the fun though right?
New gear/etc. This isn't a cheap hobby!
God damn it's fun though!
Pit Row
you should really not joke about this !
I'm not going to say that stuff will give you a heart attack or health problems, but there is nothing beneficial in them that your body can benefit from. if you're feeling lethargic, ill , just down in general ( as do most who abuse energy drinks ) I suggest you try what I said to Guyb,
aligning your body to work as naturally and efficiently as possible WILL cause a great change in how you feel
I bought that 13 KTM150 in an attempt to get me back in the swing of things and drop 20.....uh, okay, 25 myself. Want to ride my Madone a little too but damn damn damn three new rental properties fell in my lap and I couldn't pass them up. I do however foresee the contractors doing more remodeling than me on these with the shiny new bike in the garage.
Really do need to work on my diet though, living w/ chronic pain really puts a dent in the appetite.
I've been mountain biking 3-4x a week since January, and if we are lucky in the NE area and have a mild winter again I will keep that up. If/when the snow falls i'll hit the treadmill when I miss out on riding.
I've been slowly getting back on the proper diet after my usual summer lapse. Not too many hot dog/hamburger/ice cream days going to be happening as Fall creeps in. Just have to watch out for Thanksgiving and Christmas...
1. Get in shape
2. Buy a 250 2 stroke
