From one of my riding acquaintance. No idea where he got it from, but Tuesday is a good day to start a rumor.
Rumor is that Lakewood is likely to lose its MX National next year. Loretta Lynn’s is the track trying to wrestle the race away from Thunder Valley and it appears they will be successful.

Pala and Elsie in the same schedule, sounds brotastic
I'm completely talking out of my ass, cause that's all we do here anymore.

I haven't heard of anything about Lakewood going away.
The chance of Pala returning to the National schedule is at least equal to the chances of Glen Helen...or Saddleback. Or Carlsbad...or Lake Whitney.
Hopefully this means both PA nationals stay!! Both tracks are natural amphitheaters that allow excellent fan viewing and the updated track layout is titties.. Please DC keep both of them.. In exchange we promise to be on our best behavior, courteous to all and never tuck our ears in our hat or say bro... Thanks in advance, hope you can make it happen
Whoops.
Oh, ok.
Whatever the horse of the day might happen to be at the time.
Not to say anybody looks or smells like a horse, BTW....
Look at a Google Earth view sometime.
Just "stuff" I heard. (ex girlfriend's stepdad's half-sister's uncle told me)
Never heard Lakewood's demise mentioned, ever.
I'm of the impression that even Alabama is better situated for a Nat...
Not to mention GA, SC, NC.
If you build it, you need them to come see it.
A Big City...near by, is kind of a good idea.
Lorretta's is out there a bit...
When I look at how good the turn out is at the ATL-SX...?
I get the impression that the Nat needs to be "centralized" in the S.E.
I never said a national was coming to Tennessee.
Pit Row
Christ, I'm getting hyped up thinking about it. Too much of a good thing? ..............doubt it.
Not a big enough market.
I'll have to remember that the day I want to start a "real fake " rumor.
So I went back to my source and asked WTF?. His description of his source (notice that at this point I was already 3rd hand) was "He is a little wacko but knows the industry"
national tracks have big jumps and big hills....we have 2 man made jump tracks already..we dont need another one.
My yearly moto/vacation trip to Colorado has become a tradition that I cherish even more than
Thanksgiving and Christmas combined.
