....Romney. If I thought Paul had any chance of winning I would vote for him. Also, I am a racist and don't want to see the black man get reelected. At first I thought oldfart was genuine in his support of Paul but I'm pretty sure he's not voting for Paul and just trying to get as many people who would normally be voting for Romney to vote for Paul. Yeah, Romney sucks too but Obama has had his chance and has not produced. Yeah, several will come in here showing how he's produced but he's just more of the same. We're just "another day older and deeper in debt." I realize I may be a fool to think that Romney won't be more of the same and he probably will be. It's hard to pick a peach out of a basket full of turds.

Pretty much the same exact way I have been leaning. If Paul could win then I would vote for him, but he doesn't and I am so tired of this helpless country we now live in where so many people stick their hands out and suck the life out of this economy because they are so lazy and don't want to work for stuff.

Man sometimes I come in here and think folks really give a shit what I post, next thing it's as if you convince yourself you are funny and likable and stuff and shit. Not talking about you Void, everyone likes the gays. I think we lost Old Fart, he's ready to be fitted for a new jacket. Going to cut the grass, take a dump then eat bacon, hello lawn mower. LIKE

I've been saying that I wasn't planning on voting because I really don't want to vote for either, but I don't think whoever takes Obama's place could do any worse so I am willing to give Willard a shot.

The more people that beat the drum, the louder it get's. You don't have to pick the winner!

Maybe by the time my Grandkids are able to vote, there might be a 3rd choice.

If Obama had accomplished what he claimed (promised?) he would do

cut the deficit(in half)

be transparent

restrict lobbyist from their persuasion

keep unemployment under 8%

even closing Guantanamo Bay(which I could take or leave)

posting bills on line 5 days before signing them into law(he has repeatedly passed bills even without congress being aware)

I'd say give him four more years with my vote. But he failed, and miserably so. I believed the hype four years ago, not this time around.

If Romney is voted into office and he does what he claims(promises) he'll do, it'll be a good thing and in the right direction.
If he changes his policies or can't get done what he promised, then he gets canned next time around also.

Fair enough? We certainly don't need four more years of the same, and we are guaranteed that, with this president.

I promised oldfart I would vote for RP here in California. I cant renege. I don't want him getting off the bus in LA with a violin case and asking, "how do I get to Norwalk ?"

Our votes in cali don't matter anyhow, with the exception of Reagan(I believe), Cali will always go Democrat.

Just the way it is.

Man did I learn my lesson on that. And I was so excited! What an idiot. I also would vote for Paul as I think many others would.

How could anyone who's been paying attention over the last 3 1/2 years and who possesses any modicum of intelligence, vote for B.O this time around?

No. Not in New Mexico. My daughter is headed for Las Vegas tomorrow. If I wasn't working I'd have half a mind to go with her and rattle your cage. That would require half a mind. Anyway, I'm Jonesing for an all nighter black jack event at the Imperial Palace. I'll keep you posted. It should be soon.

Obama proved he is terrible. Romney probably will be too, but at least he hasn't proven it yet. I say you have to give someone else a chance.

Its an electoral vote. Not a popular vote.

They put into office whomever they want regardless who any of you vote for.

American Idol's voting process is more transparent and has slightly more credibility.

The electoral college is one of the most important aspects that protects our nation from a tyranny of the majority. States rights were very important to the framers of the Constitution. The electoral college enables less populated states to have fair representation.

Funny when someone thinks they are making a point but they end up making a different point. This is not before or after Romney. There is no Romney, he is not president. This is before and during Obama you stupid fucking left wing asshole.

Ewww I think I should vote for Romney. Cause Obama's been so horrible. Ever read or see what the Republicans assholes in congress have done to try to stifle every jobs or economic initiative presented. Ohhh yeehh, I think we should reward those assholes that put party before their country.

Ohh wait, I think I'll vote for the guy that won't tell a soul what his plans for the country because he's afraid he might get attacked for it. There's a clue somewhere here.

Noooo mannn, Obama's been so horrible that it's just got to work this time around if we go back to the Bush economic policy and tax cuts but really double down on them this time around. Yeehh, that's the ticket.

Wait don't you know corporations are people too. Let's push for more subsidies and tax cuts for these overburdened entities that shelter and hide their money while complaining their tax rates are too high. Some even paying nothing. Yehh that Romney will do a better job of protecting these downtrodden corporations.

and Medicare

and Social Security

and voting rights

and abortion rights

and campaign finance

and Iran

or is it Russia Romney wants to pick a fight with. Someone tell him the Cold War is over.

and so on...

No wait. It's easier for me to just say Romney might do a better job than Obama has because...? Make a case for Romney on his own merit... I dare ya.

Nope. I'm not even voting, since I live in CA it doesn't matter. I am just glad that Obama is leaving. Lets not kid ourselves, this election is not about Romney as much as it is about Obama. Does not even matter how well or not well the convention was received, it is all about getting rid of BO.

Well... that's the best argument so far for voting for the aforementioned pathological liar / flip flopper. Congratulations, you've increased my despair of the American voter.

Here's a pretty good argument...do you want to be able to afford to take little Johnny to the track to race his go cart?
