Per Daniel Blair's twitter,
"Not a bad weekend. AMA needs to up their purse"

Pretty bad when guys can go down to a race in Fresnillo Mexico for a better payout. How is it that the outdoor nationals cannot afford to increase the purse? Are they not making money?

Funny post by D Blair though. Nice win Primer Lugar.
Some of you guys that have been around the sport a long time may remember Rick Ryan and what he used to do. He would go up and down the west coast hitting all the CMC PAC-West races , gold cup events , special on-off type fair races and so forth....and he made a pretty good living doing it.
Honestly I don't understand why more guys don't do it. I personally have known some smoking fast pro's up here in the NW that would let alone sit home and do nothing than go out and make 3-5K on a weekend......thinking that everything needed to be handed to them....or " The show " wasn't a big enough venue. Fucking stupid.
BTW.....I wonder what ever happened to Rick? Anyone from the So-Cal area see him around any more?
