jeremy was not a 5yr C rider....at all. IMO he was a true novice, less than 2 years on the bike (many on bmx tho). He progressed fast and moved up thru the system as soon as he pointed at an amateur national....as the rules state.

correct me if i'm wrong, did he even ride mini's? even locally?

No Axell never raced minis either. He didn't cheat or race the c class for 5yrs actually just started racing a couple years ago. Can't believe you are all so bent because he wins and waited to move up so he could win a Loretta Lynn's title which I guarantee nobody on this post has ever done! You may want to get his autograph now, it will be worth something someday. Gio-fasto out!

Just run 450 and 250 A and B classes (for riders 15yrs and over), anyone who doesn't qualify gets chucked into a support class. Anyone with any skill and any pride will want to qualify rather than have to fart around in the support class.
You could also run a development class or Youth class for riders under 21 years of age, and again if you don't qualify you go in the support class.
And for you 2 stroke guys (which I support by the way) have a 125 class for any age/ability
There is no prestige in winning the support class so guys will bust their asses to make the cut and hence reduce the chance of sandbagging.

I was actually thinking the same thing about his corner speed and technique. He does look to be pretty quick though.

This kid is the farthest thing from a novice that i've ever seen....B rider all day long no matter the series. Completely agree with TerryK, why in the world would anyone sandbag and hold back just to obtain a trophy? With talent like this, that will only hurt him in the long run....throw his ass in the B class for a year or two and an A rider will come out the other side.
