Bradshaw is the greatest talent ever so let's not compare the two. Huge Bradshaw fan, so maybe I was exaggerating. I will say that if any amateur could jump to supercross, it would be AC. Unlike allot of these guys that play around here and there on SX tracks before they go pro, AC has been ripping at all the pros private tracks forever. I got a feeling he is going to be a force indoors from the get go
Only Ronnie Lechien rivals Brashaw on big bike impact.

I believe Lechein won his first 250 sx race on a privateer bike. Bradshaw beat RJ at his peak at Oaska SX

What did Bradshaw do? If I remember right, he raced the opening round at Anaheim in the 250 class when he was 16.

Also I doubt Mitch Payton would want to put him up against those Lites guys next year,he may well struggle bigtime, they have a lot invested in the kid and I'm pretty sure they'll keep him where he is and winning for a while ,wrapped up in cotton wool as it were and keep up his ego if you like (not necessarily saying he's like that),they may feel it could destroy his confidence if not

I'm sure they'll know when the time is right
Not to mention that he'll probably want to break records now he's near,
I cannot see AC92 racing A1. Maybe the east and that is a stretch. If he raced the first round of the outdoors..... yes. AC92 has mental maturity and skill.... his size (weight and strength) are currently limiting him. Height..... who cares. RC was 5 ft 8 and 150lbs during his peak. AC92 looks like he weighs 105 lbs.

He is a bonafide beast. I was fortunate to see him race at MEC.

Maybe they will start him off outdoors first.

I think this is AC92's path.

Typically I would agree but you could maybe make a case against it in this instance. I've never met the kid but in every interview I hear from him he sounds mature and polished like a veteran. He has also had all of the attention coming through the ranks that most phenoms don't get till about his age now. I'm not saying he's ready today but I think he's a lot more ready than a lot of people perceive him to be.
His emotional intellegince, work ethic, skill, and training rivals any athlete at his age.

this kid will be fun to watch as he has been for the last few years.

also, what is the current LL title record and how close is he?

I think he has 9, and Alessi/Stewart have 11 each. This is before this year's Loretta's.
I thought Kevin Walker had the most ll's titles?

yeah just looked it up, he has 14, but they are all in the vet classes.

Ummmmm....RC was never 5'8".....try 5'6" Actually RC was close in stature to AC when he went pro (ok maybe a little heavier) but about the same height.

As for Cianciarulo, I would not be surprised to see the soon-to-be-16-year-old turn pro at some point in 2013. Mitch says he loves 250Fs and that he already thinks a 125 just isn't fast enough. And both of us were blown away by the level of execution and commitment AC92 showed in grabbing two holeshots from the far outside after terrible gate picks—he drew something like 38 and 41 for his two classes. I would now rank that kid as one of the top mini riders I have seen at Loretta Lynn's, along with Brian Swink, Buddy Antunez, Damon Bradshaw, RC, and James Stewart.
I say Round 1 of the outdoors. Payton is legend when it comes to 1) getting 100% effort and talent out of his riders and 2) building some of the best 125T and 250F

You think RC weighed 180lbs? Not a chance! 5'6" 180 is a bodybuilder. I think you were close the first time at 150

Chris.... where the fuck did you get RC weighing 180 lbs? Get off the bath salts..... 30lbs heavier than a max 120lb AC92. RC stated he was around 150lbs during the season.

Roczen and Herlings rode GPs at 15 and where winning!

Herlings rode the Des nations 1 week after turning 15 and beat Rattray.

Roczen rode 450 sx at 16 and got a podium this year at 17/18.

It can be done.

AC is pretty small though lol

You don't even need to be 17 to get a GoPro, anyone can have one.
