Does anyone know if SUZUKI factory has given Moto Concepts factory stuff for his bike? Maybe factory suspension?

As far as I have heard regarding his suspension...
He is using MB1 suspension.
However,Gary Buecker of GPS suspension helps him also during the week (in Florida/practice bikes),I believe with his forks/setup.
That's all I know.

Back when he was preparing for the Monster E Cup....Varner was doing his Suzuki motors.
Not sure if that has changed since then. But I would assume they aren't running any factory suzi stuff regarding the motors on his race bikes.

Varner puts the motors together sometimes. The motor mods (porting, cam, transmission etc) are done by Ron Hamp. RHC is the name of his company.

Yes.

It seems to out-preform many of the "Factory Set-Ups" to the 1st turn and up long hills...and...to some extent...it seems to out-accelerate certain motors while exiting turns.

It doesn't just make "Horsepower": It makes Torque. With the "T" in Cap's...that is..."Torque". Ron Hamp & the FMF Pipe Possie are up to No Good, I tell ya!

But, I could be wrong.

even if his motor wasn't as good as the factory bikes..it's not as important in the 450 class.

usable power > raw power

In that first moto he was pulling Dungey up the hill every time. not sure if it was due to the Zuke putting out more power or perhaps the KTM guys planned on the slippery track too much and toned out the power a bit too much on the KTM. In the 2nd moto Dungeys bike seemed to have as much if not more power than the 800 and he was even or pulling Mike on the hill. Any way you cut it, whoever is tuning the 800 is doing a great job.

yeah but dungey wa staying to the right for some reason and it was killing him. half way up the hill the bump on the right is bigger and you could see it took longer for him to get back on the ground. alessi would make about 30 feet up on here every time

Not until Motoconcepts run a yellow fender or at the very, very least, one Suzuki logo. Why would Zuki support an MCR450? They make RMZ450's.

I had a Ron Hamp motor on my 450....porting, cam, springs and valves, plus a hi comp piston. Jesus that thing was fast, everywhere. Bottom end...check...midrange...check...top end...it had it all.

Only problem was, I wasn't a fast enough rider to hang on to it for a 35 minute race. Once I got tired and lazy and out of form, it yanked ME around the track...

Ron knows what kind of power to tune his engines for each application. He builds 63+ HP top end engines for dirt track. But for moto he builds engines with lots of torque and low/mid. He understands where in the power band the motors should pull for each different type of racing (SX vs out door vs dirt track).

I've had many conversations with him about all of this. And I remember buying a modified cam from a certain vendor. Ron told me exactly what it would do and how it would behave. Then he told me about a different cam that would perform much better and be easier to ride. Well, I bought the 2nd cam and he was spot on. He's always been spot on with his suggestions. And Tony knows he has someone that is very good at his craft in Ron Hamp. That's why he has sought him out a few times over the years....Many other big names have ridden his stuff but you weren't told... They wouldn't advertise it. Names that have won national championships. Ron simply knows his stuff and is very cool to work with.

I don't think the advertising space is the problem. Tony Allessi has said previously that if Suzuki isn't going to back Mike at all, they aren't going to run any RMZ logos. It's like working for free and he isn't about doing that. That kinda implies to me that he might be open for a trade but then again, we've all heard the rumors of burnt bridges.
