Read Matthe's article. He goes into the actual weights of the race bikes. His guesstimates arent 100%, but theyre informed.

WOW! The JGR bike is 16 lbs heavier than the factory Honda.Shocked

I hope Newman doesn't read this. lol Laughing

It's actually more than 16 lbs heavier. Matthes' numbers are well-informed guesstimates. But his numbers dont have to be exact to prove the point he's trying to make. Or to give me ammo in this dumb lil tit-for-tat I got going with mooch.

first off...what am I a clown? Here to amuse you? what the **** is so **** funny about me?Cheerful

All I said is that these guys can dip thoose weights if they choose- Mcgrath used to add weight to make it legal. No apologies there...he references Yamaha's in general I think...Last time I checked James was running carbon fiber shrouds caught by some guys watching the practice vids- so once again you get no apology from me-

Next excuse please-Blink

1. Big James signed with JGR and JS7 had to go along with the deal. So much for the self made man theory.

2. JS7 seems to be over this shit. Zero smiles, enthusiasm, and passion for the sport in his interviews.

3. There is no such thing as luck.

4. The outdoor nastys make you tough. Living in the lap of luxury makes you weak.

Watching JS and DM yamahas last night, they both looked like they were working well. I thought JS rode very well, he just got a mid pack start, burned through the pack, and caught the red lights, which ended his race. Davi did great also. JGR had a great night in my eyes. That's racing. JS was riding well, but he rolled for the lights. He did what he was supposed to.

"The YZ450 is the heaviest bike out there by a mile." (jabroni quote from this thread)

Keep in mind that Jabroni had originally spit that out as if it were a hardcore fact when he had nothing to back it up with.

Then after the fact, Jabroni comes back a week later AFTER Matthes writes up some "guesstimates"...Jabroni now feels those guesstimates justify him talkin out his ass.

All this stuff is petty though as the real tragedy here is that poor James has aligned himself with a piss poor team that has somehow managed to take one of the lightest production450s and turn it into "the heaviest bike out there by a mile". Right Jabroni?

James rode good last night......a racing incident occurred and he finished third. End of Story! I know he wants to win who doesn't? But you can't win them all and he was on the podium.

James Stewart's bad luck will end when Dungey and RV crash themselves out of the series.
2/26/2012 8:17pm
When you are @ James level you make your own luck...... JS7 is not on the same level as Vilo or dungey in the physical fitness department and it shows.

I think he is somewhat out of shape.

Being there last night, he got a mediocre start, but soon closed in on RV1 with about 8 laps to go.,....then slowly but surely fell back.

Let's face it, he is pushing 27, talented as hell, but I think like a cheetah he can run fast for short periods. His competition is on a higher level at this point. I feel bad for JGR/Toyota/Yamaha, shelling out big $ and won't see a championship in the next three years. Harsh but true.

I heard someone say,"JS is the Danica Patrick of SX." Tongue I'm sure it was due to winning heat races or timed qualifying. That's actually a disservice to James. I like him when he doesn't make excuses. Hope he finds his Mojo soon and gets back up to dicing with the Ryans.

Pushing 27

Never heard that one before, most of the the time ya push 40

Especially when kdub is pushing 33

And speedster is pushing 30...... The ryans are fast no doubt but the james aint got it shit is plain stupid.

Chad pushed, got worked
James has kinda pushed and got lucky a bit and backed it off.
Dungey just goes fast but struggles to pass.
Villomoto is the fastest right now, not the smoothest and his ego is starting to swell.....

In my opinion ryan d and james are about to surge. And the ups and downs of a championship season are about to begin for those that don't keep focused and think their top competitors are out of the series.

The series hasnt started yet

What is the point youre trying to make? That you hate Bubba?

So, despite the fact that I said his bike is the heaviest, and later Matthes confirmed such, Im still talking out of my ass? Do you read what you write after posting? It's comical. Stop trying to save face here.

You are obviously a fan-boy that doesnt like Bubba. And because of it you couldnt handle the FACT that his bike is close to 20 lbs heavier than his competitions. Im not even a Bubba fan. I have no dog in this fight, so take your anti-Bubba fan-boyism out on someone else. All I was doing was dropping some knowledge and you came unglued and started throwing insults.

Grow the fuck up. I know this is the interweb and all, but if the two of us were sitting in the same room, I'd be talking the same stuff, yet you wouldnt be half the ass your are online.

Jabroni, you must have some serious reading comprehension issues or you're just a total dumbfuc...which is it?

You totally missed my point on everything I said, forgive me, but I'm gonna pass on drawing you a picture. I'll give you a hint though, you suck at sarcasm as that's the only reason I can think of that you thought I was railing on Bubba.

How do you know when you spend too much time on Vital? You dig 20 pages deep in the forum to post a one sentence reply that neither makes an interesting point, or adds to the conversation. Lol.

But then again...I'm here making a useless point about how Vital users don't do things intelligently. Touche' to myself.
