Holy shit they just beat Alessi by 1:10. WOW.
Yeah thats crazy. Good thing Stewart decided to race or Dungey may have trail ridden to every moto win.

Dungey is just as fast at times, but just can't close the deal. It is like they both wait until the end of the moto, then decide to turn it on.

I meant an actual holeshot though, not just starting in front of Stewart

How boring would this season be without Stewart coming back! Dungey would've been cruising around!

Man it looks like we need a Ginger to teach Dungey how to beat Stewart, and another Ginger on a Kawasaki to Beat StewartCool

Great race there. Dungey has got to be frustrated at this point.
You could see the frustration after the first moto.

But he didnt look that frustrated just now in the interview, and to be honest, I wasnt expecting him to be. This second moto gave him a lot to be positive about. He pushed Bubba for the for the first time in ages. He actually made Bubba turn it on. We saw Dungey give it everything he had and take chances. He knows he can run that pace now.

I'd be feeling good right now if I was Dungey.

Alessi's best lap was the 28th fastest lap of the race. He had 3 other laps that were faster than Stewart and Dungey's worst laps. No one else had a lap faster than any of Stewart or Dungey's laps.

True, but he needs to figure out a way to beat him soon. What is it a 14 point deficit already?

yep. Board bog.

I dont think it matters if Dungey holeshots or not... Bubbles seems to be riding just fast enough to beat him- everytime Dunge closed Bubbles would wick it up.

Oh great... Dungey has already been relegated to this... he needs to holeshot.

I hope Dungey gets a holeshot or two in the next few weeks. It'll be interesting to see how it is with the roles reversed

As stoked as I am to see James' go 1-1 again, I'm just as happy Derek Anderson scored a top 10. Great kid, like the videos he's been in from Vurb in the last two years.

Something tells me that Dunge/Bubba might still be more worried about RV, than RV is worried about them.

Somewhere RV is licking his chops right now.

Sheesh you guys like to twist words around here.

I just wanna see him start in front of Stewart with a clear road, to see how Stewart applies the pressure late in the motos. I didnt say thats what he needs to win.

Can you imagine if Reed and RV were racing? 4 way battle although i still think Bubba would be winning.

Stewart wouldn't wait until late in the moto, he'd strike early and then... we'd see the same races we have saw so far.

Ryan will be faster soon! Racing with James all summer Smile

I think he'll be just fine, RV knows where he would be in this battle as does Reed. Maybe Bubba has a little more in the tank maybe he doesn't. I personally think that if he did he wouldn't have won by only 1.3 seconds. And Dungey doesn't get broken.

To be honest, if RV is out there, I think he would be the winner right now.
