Hell, the only different parts I expect to see are: front rotor (280 Tsunami), Bars, Grips, Levers, Pegs...

Yup! Metty's got a Team-mate.
stfu and leave him out of it. this thread has NOTHING to do with that.

back on topic

never been a big Dungey fan, but he impressed the hell out of me this weekend. very good ride and was happy to see him win. the crowd was definitely PRO Weimer, but i don't think anyone there was upset at Dungey winning. awesome stuff

Uhhhh.... Nate Dawg, if you're going to tell someone to "shut the hell up" for a "reason", might be best to leave it at that!
And simply go back "on topic", if you're to post further! Not trying to start anything, jus' sayin' Wink

The difference between you & I is that I'm telling' ya what's actually taking place v. your usual angry comic relief.

Then there's this:

During my work, today, it was brought to my attention that RDs "Set-Up" was back in the game...for someone-else... & it appears that someone was "let go" & picked up, else-where...which is what you have here, today; which, is the way he wanted it...Months, ago.

Then, I see this thread & I had a chuckle...

One of these days you fucks are going to put your issues down, lighten the fuck up, let go of your angst...

...And learn to laugh.

Until then?

SUCK IT, Bitches!

Btw, one of you punks oughta feel free to toss this at Gibby or the Mods to see if I'm outta line or if you're jus' bein' a Bitch!

Dungey was definitely on the gas, but he also got some help. According to Davi, he was lapping Matt Goerke, who forced him into changing up his rhythm through a big section and allowed Dungey to catch up rapidly.
yeah he gave up 3 seconds on that lap according to the live wire

Proved what? I havent seen him race a Suzuki yet, have you??

I agree Stewart should be fast, but I think RD has the better endurance. Right now Idk who will win it. Big RD fan, but I would be happy to see Stew win again whether that is indoors or out.

What kind of a punk lips off and then apologizes when called out, kind of reminds me of a Weimer.

The kind that is working a lot and doesn't have time formulate an appropriately insulting and fact filled post to rebut whatever nonsense you threw up.

So, EABOD... thanks in advance.

Anyone remember how the outdoor series was last year before RV got the 2012 KXF (Unadilla?)

Based on this example, it would seem that the bike does matter....

Wow, you fucking newbies got some issues. Who cares if someone says Stewart, Dungey, RV, Reed, Canard or anyone else will win, it don't mean shit. If they say "your" guy is a douche, try to discredit him or talk about his momma then whine like a bitch. Try liking all the riders. I know it's a crazy concept, but just try it, you might feel better about yourself, and actually enjoy it. Wow. Blink

You clearly missed my high quality post on page 3. I even said the word "Dungey" in it. As in the guy who's name is in the title of the thread. It got 3 likes on facebook so that has to mean something.

Generally speaking, you don't count out champions in any sport.......it's what sets them apart from the non-champions.

It's when you have two or more champions going for the prize at the same time that you really get something special.

I thought it was cool to see how Dungey's set-up worked. At the start when he was being a bit timid, it looked terrible, bucking him, etc. i think Emig even made a comment about it. But, the harder he pushed, the better it worked - looked great at the end. I've heard that allot about the pros set-ups, but that one race really showed it. Great race for Dungey & I'm sure a good confidence booster coming back from injury.

Bump to see if we can get an answer about Dungey and the 2012 SX season. Does anyone know the top 10 event points for vegas?

If Dungey wins Vegas he ends up with 257 points (232+25)

For Dungey to get second in the points:
Millsaps needs to finish 9th (244+12=256pts)
Brayton needs to get 4th (237+18=255pts)

Or if Dungey wins, Millsaps gets 8th, and Brayton gets 3rd there would be a three way tie at 257. Dungey would get the tiebreaker based on 4 wins and Millsaps and Brayton would be ranked by who has the most second place finishes.

I hope you're right!

It would be great to see some bar banging outdoors, and I don't really care who it is or what color they're on.

Dungey never seems to get the respect of the outside fan base, but it doesn't appear that he cares much about that.
He wants to win, Villo wants to win. Reed wants to win. Stewart wants to win.

That's an equation for lots of good spectating if all are healthy. Since that's not the case, James needs a change to be competitive at the top level.

Hope he gets something done, and makes it a race.

Thank you downsouth. Sounds like Davey is looking good at holding 2nd if he doesn't go down.

Yes it's a tough year. Top 8 for davey with this remaining field is nearly a given. Top 4 for Brayton should also happen leaving dungey even if he wins left in 4th. Big bummer. This season was going to be one of the best ever and the injury bug took it from us.

Ignoring your factually incorrect statements about the "top three", I have to ask: Does Dungey pose that much of a threat to you that you have to low-ball him with negative comments any time someone says something positive about him?

Dungey's been one of THE guys since he 1st showed up & brought it to James @ A1 on his RMZ.

Even Jeff Stanton wasn't as Ubber-Conditioned as RD is.

Speculation is fun before the season starts, then reality sets in after a couple of races.

Those that prepared properly, have the right equipment and mind set take off.

The rest wish they would have don't something different...

Should be fun to see who did what, and if their bikes hold up for 30 minutes plus 2 laps.

That's all part of the equation..

Post a reply to: Don't ever count Dungey out. Ever.
