I remember Swink being really fast on a 125 but seems like he didn't make it to far on the 250's before he disappeared. Just curious where some of the guys from the early 90's are nowdays.

Isnt the Swinkster moving dirt with a bulldozer? I think Swink's biggest mistake was leaving Team Peak for Suzuki. Back in the early 1990s, you didnt leave Honda.

Swink lives about .5 mile from my folks' house. Neighbor's with my best friend from High School. He opened a clothing store here in Michigan in the late 90s. Didn't do too well with that biz...

Still has a cool track behind his house. I don't think he really rides at all anymore. He's a hell of a nice guy though.

DeHoop rode at Red Bud in the pre-race "Legends" show, along with Stanton, LaRocco, Glover, Lamson, and others.....man it was good to hear those vintage two strokes!

Keith Turpin lives in my neighborhood in Locust Grove GA. He runs a boring company with his brother. He started back riding a year or so ago but took a bad spill, broke femur and shoulder... Both his sons race. Nice family.

yeah anthony, him and his mom brenda lived with me in the 90's I always wondered what happened to him, I think he raced in South America ? I'd love to find his mom again...any info ?? She lives in Florida from what I remembered.
