I think Tomac meant to do what he did, but that little kick he got in the corner made the execution a little harsher than he intended. And I think that everyone watching in my house yelled out in approval when it happened.

Hope Tomac wins the title. Especially after that kinky crap that went down in Vegas last year.

The ONLY bad thing is if Dean actually got a real injury and they can't duke it out the rest of the year. Nothing wrong with being made to taste the dirt after punting someone off the track twice. Even if it really happened because of a quirk of the dirt.

Taken as a single incident it might be seen as "too much", but Dean had already hit Tomac off the track once and over that same berm another time. All is fair after that initial contact and honestly, if I was Tomac, I would have been aiming to knock him down. Not necessarily out of revenge but because I would know that if I knocked him over but not down, he would come back and hit me even harder than before and I might be the one on the ground.

Good racing. Hope Dean is ok to race next week.

That 3rd picture is definitely captionable. Looks like Wilson is whispering to Tomac Grinning

IMO, it was plain as day that ET was going to come in hard on wilson in that corner. but he probably didnt mean to come that direct. if u look at it, when ET came diving into the corner he hit something that kicked him considerably more to the outside than he probably wanted. i agree that ET had a good reason to go in like that, but pretty sure it was not meant that damn hard. and wilson could of laid off the gas for 1/2 a second and missed it; but im guessing its easier said than done. i hope wilson has an ok shoulder and can come back. but i do want the title to be won by ET.

Tomac didn't seem remorseful at all in his interview. It seemed like he was mad about wilson instigating and he just wanted to have the last word rather than wilson. But Wilson dished it out and he took his own medicine. Nothing dirty there.

Eli's interview was good, everyone wants to hear what these guy's really think and that's what they got. He meant to stand his ground and that he will dish it out and he didn't appologize for it and he said straight up it comes down to a lot of money being on the line.

Just saw the video, don't think it was a take out move. Wilson should've played it safe and backed off when Eli was in his way.

Good hard racin'.When Tomac got a slight kick from that rut it sent him farther left than he had intended and into Wilson. When Wilson fell, he stretched out his right arm instead on tucking it in and rolling,(I know it happens so fast, and has happened to me too and I'm trained how to fall.Sad ) Looks like he may have crushed or hopefully just bruised the bursa and not a torn rotator cuff. Let's hope they can go at it again next week but both stay off the ground.

I told my buddy...you watch, ET is setting him up for that corner, when he was going through the whoops one turn before the finish line....ET was totally transparent about what he was going to do and where he would do it....like I said last night, a guy can only take so much getting pushed around until he's gonna push back....I saw no problem with what ET did, and I've always liked both of them. Great race....great race!!

In the 5th pick you can totally see ET shifter is JACKED

Awesome photo sequence Guyb!

Great sequence!

Pretty stoked the AMA hasn't fined both of these guys for aggressive riding.

I thought that Deno's front wheel went into Tomac's peg/shifter, but it looks like Tomac helped lock the front brake up for him.

I'm a fan of both of those kids, but with the way Deno was riding, I didn't feel sorry for him one bit when Tomac drove it in there.

My take is, great photos.
I don't blame tomac for that move, it's understandable from Wilson's moves earlier.
Now, if it was unprovoked I might have a different take.

ET did what he needed to do.

I def think Deano got the short end of the stick but that's what happens when you race that way. ET said it himself, he doesn't want to race that way but he will if Deano wants to.

Great photos btw

That's my take as well. I was out of my seat when it happened. Couldn't believe it.

Great racing. Wilson has stated that this is how you race for championships. He had two golden opportunities to execute a take down on Tomac. Tomac is a fast learner and the student became the teacher.

Tomac did to Wilson what he should have to done to Seeley in Vegas last year. The kid is growing up. His demeanor on the podium was like that of a hitman. 100% business.

Awesome racing too bad for Dean hope is ok for at least the outdoors, looks like he may be jacked for the next couple weeks. You could see the frustration in Deanos face knowing he had it coming. ET left him plenty of room even after getting kicked coming out of the turn. Dean easily could have let off or even gone around Tomac. He torpedoed Tomac after Eli executed a textbook SX blockpass.

Papa Tomac had to be a proud dad last night, Eli rode a masterful race. He desreves the title after last years BS at Vegas.

Just watched the race. Considering Wilson ran him off the track twice, Tomac had every right to do the same. I don't think it was intentional though.

You save that stuff for the last lap so there is no chance of retaliation. But either way glad Tomac gave Dino a taste of his own medicine. Dino took it like a man. I was bummed when Tomac dnfed and am glad he got back into the lead. Now he has to hold on to it. Tomac's speed has picked up. I wonder how well he would do against Barcia. I guess we will see in the outdoors.
