I bet Ping is laughing his ass of right now.

Just keeping it light, it's getting a little intense about a simple tweet and whether a guy works 24/7 or not. Glad you have a sense of humor.

I think he has an evil grin upon his face as he reads all the posts on this thread that resulted from his tweets.

What is it about Stewart that makes the Aussies get so wound up. It's like it's a written rule or something, that they must chime in when Stewart has any type of difficulty, but they sure shut the hell up when he doesn't.

I hope he has a total release from his JGR Yamaha contract. When it comes to suing someone for breach of contract, it's pretty cut and dry. So that normally means that the party that has the most to spend on legal fees wins out.

Who's wound up? Simple question, does James have a broken hand or not?

Well.....fuck it!

I hope ( if he is out of JGR ) that he finds a bike he loves and starts riding like the way he used to. There is NO EXCUSE to not start your own thing now that it's been done by reed.....Stewart should do the same thing. Hope Stewart lands on his feet wherever he goes.

Can't help but feel a little bad for JGR if this rumor holds true. They have put a lot into this team and have been a huge help towards bring Millsaps back from the grave.

That's great and glad to hear it. It just seems the majority of people on here listing Australia as there location rise up and blindly jump on anything negative that happens to Stewart. And to be really fair about, I shouldn't have grouped all "Aussies" together, it goes for others too and maybe it's more of Reed fan versus Stewart thing. Thanks for being a true fan of the sport. I like all the riders, feel it's fair for everyone to have an opinion whether it's the same as mine or not, but hate the bad mouthing on riders when they are going through tough times if you don't have the integrity to congratulate them when things are going their way.

No worries, mate, totally agree with your comments. I just like watching a great sport and dudes doing things on dirt-bikes that I wish I could. Talented bastards.

Smile

Some riders I'm not keen on, some I don't like very much at all from what I see of them in the media. But I don't feel the need to come on a website and get wound up about people that I ultimately don't even really know. On the other hand, if you don't like Chad, you're a dirty, pinko commie. LOL.

Also, you spelt there wrong. Wink

All this talk about the media and why Ping didn't go all journalist on the situation. What stories does the MX media ever break? They never want to piss riders or teams off......well besides MXA. I haven't checked them out yet, maybe they have a comment on it. James is asked about GPS sensors on his bike (which are visible at a race) and he says it is a piece of dirt. Larry Brooks disappears for most of a season and the response is he needed "family time". When the media does press, they get left out of the mix. The great RC threatened to shoot Matthes at one point. The problem with the sport is there is no TMZ-type reporting where the media doesn't give a shit who gets pissed off. You could call JGR and James all day long and after the first call where you learn nothing, you won't get through again. You know, when James was arrested all the MX media did was provide links to real new stories. Ping is not really a journalist, even by MX media means. He writes a satirical Q&A once a week.

I think JGR might be letting try another brand. Kinda like they let him run Dunlops at A1. I thought his hand was injured? By they way, I am stoked to be on a JS7 thread, and was a journalist, paramedic and a psychic all at the same time!

Not having James bike displayed in the pits is a decent sized statement by JGR. Not sure if they want to stir the pot and create drama or hint at what is done. I would think it is very unlikely that James is still with the team and they decide to not have his bike on display.

wasn't he 2 seconds faster on the Suzuki on his home track or something like that?
Read that a couple places too but who knows... Know for a fact though that Reed said on DMXS that James rode a Zook all nearly off season and absolutely loved the bike

Ping is the best for fans. He has a job outside the industry, he has no allegiance to the moto world other than friends. He can stir the pot with factual information without repercussion. It is awesome. If I believe anyone, it would be Ping.

The hype over this tweet is almost as bad as the Racer X video Ping did testing the 12 RMZ 450 that happened to have a #7 on it. Classic.

Sooooooooo, has anyone flat out asked the question to the JGR Crew? J-Bone?

If so, did they flat out deny it? or gave a "legal" type answer?, or say "no comment"?

This would also be very telling............ if someone asked and can answer this.
