If thats the case, then I apologize. If not, then I just don't know. Thank you for the clarification either way.

If he sits out do to an injury you guys bag on him... What exactly do you want him to do?

Where has it been stated he was diagnosed with a concussion severe enough to keep him off the bike, not in his PR. He was cleared to race Indy and sat out, and now is pulling out of Toronto, it leaves a lot of room for speculation, the PR is not clear and very vague. Hanny is out there racing with a broken ankle and Brayton has been battling rough injuries along with most riders. Maybe if James would be a little more specific as to what is preventing him from riding the bashers might tone it down.

Did Jimmy Alberston cause JS7 to crash, or did JS7 crash on his own? I'm a little confused, when i watched the race live on speed I thought James went down on his own, then today in Racerx racerhead 12 it said "So the big question is whether or not Joe Gibbs Racing Yamaha's James Stewart is going to race tomorrow night. James took a quick hit from Jimmy Albertson—and somehow his GoPro helmet cam survived—during a crash off the start." This is not hate, just an honest question...I deleted the race or i would just go watch it again for my answer.

"James took a quick hit from Jimmy Albertson"

They are referring to when James went down Jimmy had nowhere to go and hammered him pretty hard. (James was already on the ground)

His Go-Pro actually separated from his helmet during the crash before the camera got ran over by the #54 machine (Albertson never ran into James' head).

If you pause the Go-Pro video, the bike that rides over the camera appears to be a Kawasaki judging by the green blur, with a rider who is putting his foot down. Also note the carnage and Albertson are to the right of the camera. The camera got ran over by the #54 machine, causing it to tumble down the jump multiple times before coming to a halt. The only other way for the camera to tumble around like that were if James' Bell came off his head.

Furthermore, when the medical crew is tending to him (second video, @ 25sec), the camera is missing from his helmet. You can also see it on the ground before a yellow flag worker picks it up off the ground and hands it to a race official.

- A good reference point to compare both videos is the Honda rolling over the third jump before the #54 rear wheel rides over the camera.

The Speed and Go-Pro footage is replayed around the 23sec mark.

https://youtu.be/wdwkyRwlbtc

You can see that the camera is off his helmet at the 26 second mark and the track official picks up the Go Pro around 35 seconds.

Smart decision on sitting out. Heal up and come back fresh.

If you watch around the 8min mark in the 2nd vid, the * med crew has to literally lift him up and carry him off the track. You know the guy is hurting big time.

Albertson ran into James' legs. However, he did help prop up Kevin's bike for it to be flopped right into James' head.

Check out my other post about the Go-Pro that was actually ran over by the #54 bike.

I spent like 20-minutes the other day analyzing the footage. I actually came to the conclusion the Go-Pro came off the helmet before I even checked the heat race footage, and sure enough it was missing.

Hope he takes the rest of the sx series off and heals up. The outdoors are brutal, hot and nasty. And they start in just 56 days. He must have outdoor testing to do so thats not a lot of time if he can't ride for a month or so.

I don't know but I think its more like he can't come to terms with the bike itself. Its like hes not comforable on it. Maybe its the tires maybe its the bike. Or maybe Villipoto, Reed and Dungey are just faster this season.. The reason wy I say this is just look at Millsaps he has gotten much better on this team.. So I have a hard time blaming Pirelli..Unsure

Thx buddy Cool

Its funny when it shows up on the 1st post you make, but then the more reply, the more annoying it gets LOL Some boards have a "sig on/off" button for every reply, which is nice.

yes and a leg injury. he took a shot to the head but that's not what's keeping him out this week.

what incentive is there to race banged up right now? Villo has the title wrapped up. With outdoors coming up he wants to be healthy as possible.

Davi seems to be doing better lately, and I am very glad to see that, but I don't know if he has gotten better on this team or not. We are missing a lot of fast riders and he actually won races when he was on Team Honda.

I dont think Stewart will even ride the Nationals he might make one or two and if he is not winning I think he will drop out, would not surprise me if he retires all together this year.

If Guy B was consistent with how they moderate the board it would not be a big deal but from one day to the next the rules change and are not enforced the same for all legitimate members.

Just gotta throw this out: might this have something to do with his legal troubles? Is he able to cross the border?
BTW Cdn customs is more anal than the US side, or maybe it's me.
