Some interesting trivia about George Holland you may or may not have known. He rarely ever wore gloves. Note the pic on the line on his 80. I have a pic of him in 1980 on a 125 racing at my home track in AZ, Canyon Raceway with no gloves while chasing Johnny O'. Just some black electrical tape over the "throttle thumb callus." Crazy.

Charlie, you were a dork then and your a dork now. Trust me, we all remember you and your speed or lack of speed should I say. Are you still living in your own world? I seems that way.

You can't come in here and pretent you were some super fast mini kid. If your going to try to tell everyone you were something you weren't, you had better make sure people didn't know back then. We were all at the races where you were It sucks for you because we all pop in here now and then and see you talking about yourself like you were a bad dude. Just look at the photo you posted a few up from here and anyone can tell what kind of rider you were with that style.

Wow just discovered this site!. All these names brings back a lot of memories. Who is the fastest mini bike rider u ever saw from this period? For me, overall I thought Lowell Thompson was fastest. I remember the years seeing him at Ponca & LL's. and thought this guy is the shit.
Also, at Lake Whitney Jason Langford was untouchable. He had that track totally dialed in. H/e I wondered if anyone ever checked his b-cert. When u saw him he looked like he was 4 or 5 years older than the other mini riders.
Who was the mini bike rider part of the Michigan Mafia who's mom drove him to the races? He was a Fact. Kaw. rider. during I think the 84-86 area.

We've been waiting for the final piece of the puzzle. Glad you surfaced and now we can really start having some fun. We had a Harry's Cycle reunion last month and alot of old racers showed up. Even Mr. Denis himself, not Jack, but Paul, ha! Scott Brown made it too! You wouldn't remember me, but I remember you!
