what is this...Team Nami?
A 20 min, unedited hi-def video would be massive.
1. The 350 got a better start than Stew
2. I can't believe how choppy the track was under the Over/Under.
3. There were some flashes of the 'old' Stewart, his pass on Seely and when he passed Tickle & Georke at once.
4. What was up with him stopping and looking over his shoulder at Weimer? I know they've had their problems in the past but it seemed a bit uncalled for.
6. Beating a dead horse here, but are he using like 1/10 of the power of that bike or what? Time to reduce the cc? Or...
BRING BACK THE SMOKERS!!!
Well, the start was bad, and then I crashed on the first lap, which was even worse. But it was better after that, I was able to ride and push a little bit for the first time. I was happy about that.
You and RV were the only ones.. has to be a little bit encouraging, right?
It was good, I was pumped to get into the 50s even though I was passing people. So yeah, that was good. I definitely felt I was fast at night, but all day, we sucked. We sucked during the day and even in the heat race I felt we didn’t ride that good. Main event we changed a few things, and that made it maybe five percent better and I was able to ride a little bit better.
I've noticed Stewart is nose heavy a lot of the time. I'm not entirely sure if it's the bike, a change in riding style or both. I've been meaning to go back and look at some older videos of Stewart on the Kawasaki to see if this was standard for him as well. The YZ always seems to be bucking a bit.
This is not a revving situation, but an example of what I mean about the rear end bucking. I've just noticed it more this season. Maybe it's always been his style.
Pit Row
Fuck it must be frustrating either being him or on his team at the moment... he's better than that!!!
Last night Clutchy was telling me that he wasn't in last by himself. If he wasn't in last, it was because someone had gone down in the first two corners and was behind him. He started from way behind.
If Weimer is truly seeking retribution for that move and focused on taking Stewart out at some point this season, he's most definitely not in the right frame of mind to be a front runner again.
Run 'em high. Say goodbye. That's racing man.
I liked how Windham gave him the knuckles afterwards too.. Love Kdub
