I have to agree that bike has issues! That's what happens when you make a "revolutionary" bike and then don't give it TRUE factory support and R&D... It looks flat dangerous at speed!!!

This particular wreck didn't really look like one of the inexplicable tosses we've seen in the past few rounds. He was just pounding through whoops. That being said, James needs to get off the YZF at all costs. That thing has been nothing but shitty to him. Maybe it's a great bike, I dunno, but it is fucking jinxed for him.

I think:
Mass centralization is good for turning, bad for whoops (stability).

I think JGR would be wise to experiment with spreading the mass out a bit, if they haven't already (not too sure how you'd go about that though).

funny how bad this went....

His bike looked like shit tonight and he had many close calls all over the place. He almost looks like he's riding around waiting for something to happen. He's lacks confidence in the bike and that's the main problem. DV was right on the money with what he wrote.

Dungey's bike didn't look great either, where they came back across the start straight he was getting losing ground. Lacking power or not hooking up?

Think of how much he would have won by had he been on a bike that was actually set up and working well..........

Either way, I don't know that his crash tonight was the bike, but until this point in the season the bike hasn't looked very stable, even when he won a race.

Can any of you "experts" name me one brand of MX bike that JS has not crashed on? Can any of the experts on here claim to have worked on any of JS's bikes? All these riders make mistakes, all manufacturers make mistakes, limiting those is what wins C-ships. Look at Eli this race, he OWNED his mistake.....that is a future champion. Those that blame the bike and make excuses for JS are hurting him, James is a grown man, let him handle his bizness
