doesnt look like you can ride it yet without the throttle..Laughing

My recommendation, get a cycra front number plate...of course I would have also gotten a red Renthal bar pad with Renthal bars, but thats just me..

*** I realize Chad runs the black Renthal bar pad, but the red looks so much better.

Well my flight isnt until 11:59 tonight out of Denver so last night I stayed up til 4:30 AM workin on her. I was possessed with Monster! Finally my mind was doing weird shit because I had been up for 20 some hours so I went home and slept for 2 hours before waking up for work this morning! Im dragging ass but it was all worth it... Its my last day here at this job and I cant wait to start my new career with Kilbarger Racing! I just had to get this thing to a point where I could roll it around and tarp it up, I couldnt just leave it with parts laying everywhere. Plus I had to see what it was going to look like Smile

Thanks for looking

Looks awesome! You know what's funny ..... How many times have you all seen the front brake line routed around the OUTSIDE of the fork when some donkey works on their bike? I see it all the time at the track and on cl.....how do these idiots take the front wheel off and don't see anything wrong with the brake line being on the outside when you pit it back together? I don't even know how they miss it ....cracks me up every time

Glad you were able to put it back together correctly

I didnt have time to put throttle, clutch, brakes (front or rear), ignition etc etc. Theres still a lot of work that has to be done, I just wanted to get as many parts on the bike and have it look half way done before I had to abonden it for 4 months!

This bike is for sale now, Its in the same condition it was in the night i left for this job. With this job I just dont have the time to get back home and finish it let alone enjoy it. When my off season begins, it will be winter time so it should be getting enjoyed by someone. My final cost after building this beauty was $3100. I have all the Levers, cables, fluids, etc etc to get this thing started for the first time. So you wont have any extra cost to get it going, maybe 1-2 hours in easy labor and youll have a 100% fresh bike... If you want to follow the entire rebuild thread with pictures and the story behind this bike copy this into your URL

http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Moto-Related,20/My-350-01-CR250R-Project,…

Im asking $2900 and this bike comes with quite a few stock parts, Ill also throw in a new paddle tire, bottle of Honda tranny oil, premix oil (klotz, and yamalube) and a new mixing cup. etc etc. lots will be included. Too much to list!

Can you give us a list of what you spent and where you spent it and where you had your engine and suspension work done?

I see bike on Craigslist that need work and would love to see what things pop that are a surprise expense over the build.

Awesome conclusion, the bike looks great!

There is alot more but its been more than 60 days since the auctions ended on ebay and they are no longer available to look at on my ebay account.

Sorry this wasnt in any particular order, as I had to pull up my account history from Motosport, RockyMountain ATV, and ebay to get what i have typed above. Also theres tons of little things like hours of polishing and several cans of mothers polish, a mothers power ball, oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, etc etc. that i can't account for but will be given to the proud new owner of this bike.

After going through this list and putting a pencil to this build its made me realize I had more than the expected $3,100 invested... OUCH on top of that i had countless hours rebuilding her. So I hope this answered most of your questions and again im sorry that ebay is gay and wont let me retrieve all of my auction history..

Dont know if this helps anyone trying to avoid going all the way to Kansas or paying shipping but since Levi is hurt on the 21st Ill be driving back home to Kansas for a 3 day vacation and picking this bike up. Im offically moving to where our race shop is here in Logan (Columbus, OH). Just a heads up in case anyones interested locally here in Ohio.
