Hi everyone !
Ive got a 86 and 87 cr 250 hondas and going to sell the 86-87 cr and buy a 90 250 cr and put my 87 fork on it ,have 6 pair of them or chould I forget the 90 and only keep the 87 250 cr , going to race vintage and the 90 will be legal I think ?

Chould I prefere 90 250 CR with 87 forks or keep the 87 250 CR ?

I will keep the 87 and race it this season and search for a 500 CR

Personally I would keep the 86 and 87, two of the coolest bikes Honda ever made. When you think 1980's 250's you think of those bikes...well i always do. I have a 1986 CR250 and I will race it in the vet class once in a while. It feels great when you can finish mid pack on a 20+ year old bike.

My buddy has a 87 with the 96/97 Showa conventional forks on it

wish i still had my 86 CR250RJ. They J just meant the year, but I always thought it was cool that RJ rode one in that 86 production only bikes era.

Thanks Stooperbike! I will keep the 87 bike and a 86 engine for shifting between theese two engines and pipes combo
depending track layouts.

Becouse of a regulation ,I can't use stuff made after 31 dec 89 exept bar,peg,wearing stuff etc so the trickiest forks are 89 Kawa's 46mm conventional or WP but I would love that combo your friend got on his 87 cr.

Honda CR250 1986 is RG an RJ is a 1988.
