It really doesn't surprises me as it seems that Fox want the rider in their gear from head to toe but I'll take Astars over Fox boots any day.

Iv never seen those particular fox boots before though are they out to the public? I feel like alot of boot brands are adopting the whole "sneaker" look at the bottom, similar to the tech 10's...

those new Fox boots are pretty legit...... i havent ridden with them but ive tried them on when a Fox rep brought a sample to the store. when they are released in February i will definatly be picking up a pair.

Can't believe he's going with Fox boots! I haven't seen a "top level" pair, which is why I doubt what he's wearing is available to the public. Do they even make a hinged boot?

I'm still thinking Rockstar are gonna come on board and fill that blank spot on his jersey.. Needs to happen for them and I'm sure reed will love the dollar they chuck at him. Look at the fork guards on his bike on the other thread, another pretty significant 'blank spot'. Red, black and yellow gear, no #1 guy for Rockstar, and the fact that Rockstar has been an undercover drink of the two two rig can only mean 1 thing right?..

I just can't wait for A1!!

I think you're wrong. He did a bunch of photos and vid today, including all his official stuff, with no Rockstar in evidence.

Same boot that a lot of Fox's top athletes have been wearing since the middle of the last SX season. Available to the public soon.

That would be the Fox Instinct Boot, patented design, hinged system. Limited colorway(not shown in photo) available through select dealers hopefully beginning of March.
